Smooth check in. I like the quietness of the place and it happened not many guest during our stay. Ample parking. We got a spacious room with 2 comfortable beds, complementary coffee sachet, basic needs I.e iron, electric kettle . We can hear bird chirping and see many butterflies in the garden every morning. Washroom water heater works well and pressure is good. They provide soap & shampoo too.

The exhaust fan grill in washroom needs cleaning..dirts are falling off. Flush tank slow refill. Notice there's leakage and need to fix. And it's better to provide more than 2 towels and extra garbage bags for family rooms.

The room was clean and well tidied. Everything was as advertised. The staff was very attentive and gave a very quick response when we called.

When we first entered the room, there was no electricity even after we put in the keycard, we called the staff and apparently there was a power cut for the entire floor. It was nothing too serious just a mild inconvenience , the staff responded very quickly about it . The toilet had a smell when we checked in but the staff took care it very quickly as but the smell lingered for abit even after he cleaned it, we had to leave the ventilation on for the night to get rid of the smell. The water pressure was also just so-so, so need to take a longer time to shower.

The staff was very kind. We arrived late at night and didnt have time to tapau for food. He offered to take us to the restaurant and sent us back to the hotel. But, i forgot to ask for his name 😂. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. They provided bikes for rent.

The wifi is quite slow. It was located in a rural area. Quite far from the main attractions and restaurants arent walking distance. It is best if you rent a car cause sometimes Grab refused to pick you. There’s no housekeeping during my 3 nights stay, we have to throw the rubbish ourselves.

Room very clean and big space for family. Recommended for family trip. Near to Cenang beach and cable car. Have space for parking car. Will book again in future.

The staff were very nice, the location is very quiet and peaceful.

If one doesn't have own transport then it may be difficult to get around with family. The hotel however does let out scooters for those interested.

Room is big & comfortable for the price offered.

Could have been better if 2 more power points at the bed area.

I like the view and also the serounding so Peacfull.

The soap in the toilets are to little for 4 ppl only 1 small bottle of shampoo and bodywash. Need to improve on that. Rooms should have air freshener.

The staffs were kind, rooms were clean and comfy... It is also located at a remote but strategic location which makes it peaceful and at the same time easy to explore Langkawi. 5-star service..

Love the huge family room and it is clean. For the price you pay compared to other hotels, it's a steal. The place is extremely peaceful with small little jungle at back.

The resort wifi signal is not strong enough. They don't have smaller rooms with cheaper rent. It's all family size room.
