The Room interior including bathroom was awesome, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very good, the room was cleaned every day. The Pizzaria served one of the best slow sourdough Neapolitan pizzas I have ever had. We even cancelled another longtime booked Restaurant to enjoy the Pizza twice.

As good the location was - nearby were uncountable nice Bars, Restaurants and Cafés - as loud were the room facing the street. The reason is not the restaurants around the corner, but in front of the hotel are trash dumpsters which are used and emptied very often, late at night and very early in the morning. Also you can hear every neighbor’s footstep from the room above and sound from the other rooms, too. No car parking possible for hotel guests. You have to parking a park garage 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which costs about 17 € per day.

The location is perfect, the staff are super helpful and housekeeping team are great. We also had a really spacious room. Breakfast was generous and all nice restaurants are on your doorstep.

This is an old house conversion and soundproofing is an issue…you can hear everything if people are in the communal area but in general people don’t stay up late and we had a good stay. This is also a guest house so some moving about is to be expected. In the room I was staying the water pipes from next door were also right at my head when sleeping and these were also pretty loud. But this is an old property…we got earplugs and it was fine! We also had a large gap on our door which the team did their best to fix immediately. All in all I would stay here again as the positives outweigh this.

I've had a truly beautiful time, relaxing and refueling for me ~ the Legasea team are creating a truly gorgeous space and experience for guests, the attention to detail and care in the space , from wonderful food to lovely decor and care for the space, it does show and feels and tastes delicious x bliss truly The mixed dorm 'surfers' room is compact, beds are really comfortable and with the curtain with each bed provides privacy. Also the shared bathroom is very nice and two showers are well looked after, all the spaces are very well cared for. The 'captains' double room is spacious and dreamy, and has the most comfortable bed and it's private shower, I loved all the details. The team has been so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is beyond expectations, delicious fruits with pancake bowel or granola, sourdough bread with egg , juices , cakes x bliss truly.

The Captain double room would benefit from a small table I'd suggest. Note: The WiFi seems to have weak security - my work phone and laptop highlighted this and do not accept weak security, so needed to hotspot - the WiFi security protocol might need updating .

Amazing guesthouse in the center of Cascais, close to everything; wonderful staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful room and most importantly, which is really rare in Europe, everything extremely clean.

It might be really cold during bad weather, during my stay it was rainy, windy, and temperature was low, and although, there is a conditioning inside the room, it is still on a colder side. But I guess not much can be done, old building. What can be done though is slippers, bathrobe and shower cap, particularly, when in the shower, there is just one fixed shower head, just a suggestion :-)

Great location - very central and the woman on reception was super helpful. Stayed in the dorm room and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well thought through everything was. - Toiletries in shower, towel provided and even water bottles which could have with provided glasses or use to fill up own water bottle - Bed was comfy and the little curtain was very effective at blocking out light - Had dinner in Souldough restaurant which was v good - Breakfast isn't included in dorm rooms however is very reasonably priced as you get choice of drink for free and can either do the full menu for EUR 15 (which is a TON of food) or pick specific items - I had the pancake bowl which is the granola fruit bowl with tasty mini pancakes added in for EUR 6.50

You are right above the restaurant so can be a bit noisy at night - I brought earplugs and we also closed both the windows and shutters in room which dampened the sound so didn't personally find it an issue. I was on 2nd bunk - think if you were in the 3rd would be a little awkward to climb up but not end of world.

Very cute, centrally located property. All the staff were lovely. So accommodating. Room was a good size, very clean and bed was super comfy. An unexpected bonus was yoga on the rooftop on my first day...loved that! The breakfasts were delicious and we had pizza there one night, also very good. Good restaurants close by...we recommend Taverna Clandestina. A great stay and we would go again if we were in Cascais.

We had a car and parking was expensive, although it was not a surprise...we expect that in any major Portuguese city.

Interesting, small guesthouse with only 6 rooms, with a fabulous Sourdough Soul pizza restaurant attached. Thoughtful themed decor. We stayed in the Captain’s Room - the double bed was huge & really comfortable. Very clean. Lovely, friendly, enthusiastic & helpful staff. Extensive breakfast menu in a lovely courtyard or indoor area (part of the pizza restaurant). We had everything we needed, including hairdryer, kettle, tea & coffee making things. A large shelf/wardrobe area was available. There was a safe.

Our triple room (3 related adults staying) third bed was actually a camp bed until the last night when it was exchanged for a pull out bed. Quite a bit of noise from restaurants outside, but not too late. The fabulous room door isn’t fixed properly so there are huge gaps around the edges that the stairway light shines through all night (the light was always left on & we couldn’t find anywhere to turn it off!). This is a particular bugbear for me, but didn’t bother the rest of my family! Hot water ran out our first morning part way through our first shower so 2 of us had to have lukewarm showers, but was fine all other days - probably depends how many guest are staying.

The location of the hostel is incredible, everything is easily within walking distance. Just a few steps away you have many delicious outdoor restaurants, and any stores needed are within walking distance. As for the hostel itself, the staff is incredibly helpful and relaxed and the facilities very well decorated and clean. I also took a surfing lesson as an absolute beginner with the school they partner with, and I recommend it! I’ll definitely be back if I’m in Cascais. :)

Unfortunately no kitchen space, but there are so many nice restaurants around and a delicious breakfast option, so I didn’t miss it. There is a small, shared minifridge to store a few items.
