The check in was super easy, the room was clean and decorated nicely in a beach theme with comfortable beds and lovely living room area with large TV's in both rooms. The property is well maintained, the large swimming pool-sparkling clean, nice grills, and comfortable new lawn chairs. The hotel is right on the beach and is right by a lifeguard stand and half a block away from where driving on the beach ends. Plenty of restaurants close by, a 7-11, and an ice cream/taco restaurant right across the street. We loved our stay, highly recommend, and can't wait to come back soon.

Everything was perfect

The place is in an amazing spot! The room was bigger than it looked and comfortable. Ocean view from the front door and back balcony. The pool was super nice and well kept. Beach access right from the property. The room even had a beach umbrella. Also, 7-11 is right across the street. I have to come back with my little one to enjoy a nice relaxing beach weekend!

The only bad thing I can say is that there is no a/c in the bed room so, you have to leave the door open and use a fan(provided) to push the cooler air in from the living room or it gets a little hot for my liking. Wasn't that bad to really complain, though.

I enjoyed the uniqueness of human contact, the property provides texts and emails with door codes and key pad codes so you can arrive on your own time and not feel rushed to make it before a lobby closes. Pool also has a set of grills to cook out and enjoy lunch/dinner by the pool. Also with everyone needing codes and key pad entires you have no worries of random people from the street or beach wondering around the property.

Still under construction in some areas. At night the bugs are very bad on doors and balconies due to porch lights.

My suite was bigger than I expected and was not a where I’d have dishes etc in the kitchen. Loved my balcony with the partial view of the ocean and hearing the water crashing at nite.

Didn’t like that there was no elevator. I like to take my comforts from home and that was a lot to first bring in and then load back up to car.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic! The pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Room 305 could use some updates in the living room area, a comfortable couch and chair is required along with new table chairs, ours were very wobbly and we were concerned using them!

My husband and I checked into coastal waters on Wednesday April 26th and checked out on Friday the 28th. Our unit was a one-bedroom and was very clean and cute and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lot of contact via text messages with management before during and after our stay with exceptional customer service. As there is no lobby with a check in person we did not see anybody in person but still felt like if we had any questions or problems they would be addressed. We had one issue with a tv not working in our bedroom and it was addressed promptly by Tony the maintenance man who was very friendly and efficient and it was taken care of promptly. We had a key for access to the beach which was so convenient. All in all we had a great time. We would give coastal Waters two thumbs up!

The only thing that was hard for us is bringing our luggage up to the third floor without an elevator as we are no spring chickens! But we were so happy to actually arrive at our room to see how nice it was!

We love the views of the beach . The pool is amazing. The staff friendly, and helpful. We had a really enjoyable family vacation. Also we liked the fact that we were in closed with the fence , made it great for kids safety

There’s nothing we didn’t like

Right on the beach. Looks like they are updating the outside of the building but the room was very nice. Had a ground floor unit with a nice patio to watch the sunrise.

Outside of the building had some damage and the grounds weren’t well kept compared to buildings nearby.
