The room was immaculately clean, spacious and quiet. The sound insulation between rooms is excellent, there was a storm at night and we did not hear a thing. Hot water pressure in the shower, iron and ironing board in the room, well stocked tea tray with cookies etc. Everything had been well thought of. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, there was a lot of options to choose from, including vegan and vegetarian, as well as a buffet of cereals, fruit and croissants. Overall, I would 100% stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you.

If I absolutely had to find a fault, I would have liked somewhere to hang the hand towel, like a towel rail next to the sink:) But it was no issue. I could use the radiator a little further, behind the toilet.

The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The bed and all the linens, including the pillows, were spotless. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with fresh towels and thoughtful extras like shower caps and a non-slip bath mat. The shower was absolutely amazing. I genuinely enjoyed using it. I also appreciated that they provided natural shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was a big plus for me. The room was quiet too, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

There was one day when I was informed before 10 AM that the water supply would be unavailable until around 2 PM. Fortunately, I wasn’t planning to go out that day, but if I had been, it would have been quite inconvenient especially when it comes to showering and getting ready. I understand that unexpected issues like this can occur, but it would be helpful to have alternative in future incase this happens.

Good location for the reasons we were in the area, beautiful and clean property, breakfast was great but other food supplied at a party booked at the property was disappointing. Rooms were clean and very spacious and furnishing made for a pleasing experience would book again and would give them a second chance with evening meals.

Just the variation on room prices paid by the group we booked to be with meeting up with several other friends and family we all paid different prices from £140 to £180 range so needed to shop around or book direct and not use any third party.

A good sized ground floor room with excellent shower, toiletries and comfy beds. Tea making facilities and TV, hair dryer and ironing board. Good dining room for breakfast with a superb Park full breakfast plus fruits and pastries - 10 out 10 for that and the staff in that area. Quiet and modern. Clean.

We had blue badge but car park spaces for disabled were taken by those not displaying badges (people seemingly attending conference) and there was no policing of this so we struggled a bit with cases and getting out of car in narrow space- no help offered. Gentleman on reception for check in was a bit pressed given he had a queue and calls to answer. Check out was a bit better.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and everything you need for an overnight stay or more. They had a hairdryer, shower gel/combined hair wash shower cap, and towels. Plenty of complimentary coffee and tea and hot chocolate. Good free Wifi.

Although the carpet in the corridors were probably put there to damp out noise it was quite difficult to push an adult in a wheelchair. The room was sold as wheelchair accessible and the bathroom was good with a lowered sink and higher toilet and shower seat but in the bedroom there was no bed guard or rail to help a disabled or elderly person in and out of bed. Apart from that no other problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Aberystwyth Park Lodge. The location was perfect, especially if you have a car. It was so nice to have free parking right by the hotel. Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. We were really impressed with the value for money here – it's such a nice place to stay. I'd definitely recommend Aberystwyth Park Lodge

Not sure there was anything we disliked! At a push, it was on one evening the restaurant ran out of gammon steak which I was craving, but there were other things on the menu and we enjoyed that food too!

How accomodating the staff were, including sorting out the room service option, it wasn't active on QR code but as I was having to work late and wasn't exactly dressed for sitting in the restaurant I really appreciated them sorting it for me, delicious veggie lasagna see photos. Comfy, spacious rooms and quiet hotel Parking on site and great facilities including good access to WiFi

I would definitely stay again. Didn't notice that there was control of the heat in the room I was colder than I like so was in layers. The desk was a little shallow but I made it work as my desk away from home.The lighting wasn't the brightest to work by, more mood lighting bit again made do. There was only one of me staying but noticed the room was made up for 3 , 3 cups, 3 towels but only 2 water, 2 glasses etc

The room was not a twin bedded as I had requested but the bed was 6ft wide so acceptable and very comfortable. The room was a good size and very clean, as was the en suite. We had two evening meals at the hotel which were of a good standard.

The fact that we had to pay for breakfast when I believed I had booked a "with breakfast" option from the Booking.com website, where some rooms had a "with breakfast" option and others did not. The full breakfast was expensive. The quality of the breakfast was very good, individually cooked and served, with plenty of choice but would have been included had I booked direct with the hotel which I will bear in mind for the future.

Good location with ample parking which you don’t get with many hotels in Aberystwyth. Room was modern, bright and very clean with all the facilities needed. Staff were friendly. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast bright with a welcoming feel to it.

Breakfast options were very good but single price for all options made it expensive if only taking continental breakfast. When providing feedback a reduction on the charge was provided and staff genuinely took the feedback. One of the 3 evening meals didn’t come up to the good quality of the others.

Excellent location, plenty of parking space, checking in was smooth, room was spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast excellent, extensive cold buffet, and hot food cooked and served to order. The restaurant was exceptional, both for snacks and evening meal, there were as many locals dining as guests, which says a lot about the quality and value for money of the meals. In all an exceptionally pleasant stay and without doubt the best hotel experience in the UK for a long time.
