Upon checking in I was greeted by Shelley behind the front desk. She was welcoming, very friendly, and easy to talk to. She was accommodating and informative, letting me know about breakfast times, as well as the social/mixer that was happening the next day in case I wanted to participate. My family and I were evacuating for hurricane Francine at the time. Our lives were a little hectic, but the front desk staff, the location, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel gave us a little relief.

There's was nothing I disliked.

Check-In was great, from greeting to the information about hotel activities. Was check on through out the day to see if everything was going great or needed anything. Breakfast was awesome both days of my stay!!!!! All staff was friendly an helpful!!!!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to Frisco / Plano area to stay with y'alls Hotel!!!!!!!

I didn't witness anything that I would change. Everything went smoothly with my stay!!!

We stayed in this hotel for the 4/8/24 eclipse. It is near a great deal of restaurants and shopping! We appreciated the clean, we kept facility!

Overall no complaints. Although on our last morning we were walking into the breakfast area when staff started taken down. There was still food available but they were removing it and wouldn’t allow us to spoon anything on to a plate quickly. Felt that was a bit of a waste of food and lack of customer service for just that one situation.

Breakfast was unavailable on Sunday, 7/23. The girl at the desk told us that someone had called in and had no one to make breakfast. I understand sometimes call ins happen, We still paid for breakfast and did not get it so that was a little bit of a bummer.. Also I love the free laundry so I guess when it's free you shouldn't gripe But half the dryers were broken. Overall, the property was really nice, and breakfast was really good when we were able to have it. I'm 80% sure I would stay there again..

Have a plan in place for breakfast. In the event someone calls in. Just not serving it should not be an option. And in my opinion, this poor business.

It is a great location with lots of food, shopping and entertainment near by. The staff were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was average for free hotel breakfast. It was nice to have access to the juice & soda machine at anytime and not just during breakfast.

There was a strange odor when you got off of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Luckily it was only in that area of the hallway and did not travel into our room which was relatively close.

All well. Clean and had all that I needed. Good breakfast with a bit of vegetables for a change (bold move). Clearly can see that some customers try make life difficult by carelessness or even vandalism (with luggage cart) in corridor and in room which is annoying but, facility is great and will come again (and will)

Note to management: 1. You have a large staff that most do a good job but, I encountered two issues with two different staff members. 1.1. One which gave me a Key in Check-in to a room that was occupied already. Lucky that there was a maintenance person telling me "that can't be" (well I did notice that before) just not thing that should happen. 1.2. The second one I guess I interrupted her breakfast of something when I was attempting the check out and she gave a stupid patronizing remark as if I was her young son of something.

Great place!! the room was extremely clean and big, breakfast great with a variety of different choices and staff kind and nice. Wifi would be the only small downside as our room did not receive a strong signal therefore internet was very slow and inconsistent.

We really enjoyed the spacious of the room and all the things that is equipped in the room. We enjoyed the big refrigerator and stove.

The water in the tub and sink did not drain well. The air dryer and fridge door were sticky. The room was a bit dusty and I used the kitchen towels to go over all surfaces to make sure it’s clean. I highly recommend the room to be thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive especially hidden items and utilities such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, remotes, tables and chairs. Especially with Covid-19, it’s very important to clean everything the last guests touch so the virus does not get transferred to the new guests. Once touch it is too late.

I did not have the breakfast due to limited choices. I dont care for turkey sausage or meatless sausage so I just ate breakfast elsewhere. The coffee was good and I the wife and I enjoyed it daily while we were there.

I must say the only real dislike took a couple of days to realize. The mattress was uncomfortable on each of us although it took two nights to notice it. We are used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress so anything different and we feel it. The parking tag issue and having to remember to display it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and in great location.

The fitness equipment was not fully operational, only two washing machines and one dryer was functioning. The other were out of order. Also I think someone was smoking in the room which made the 4th floor smell like smoke.
