Not that worst like other ppl commented. If you’re looking for cheap stay , is definite a choice to stay when traveling around at tokyo. Even though is abit far, but just 3-5min walk to nearest train station. Can do laundry

Cons: our room at second floor, staircase abit steep. So need to carry on. After using toilet might have some smell , need to open the window . The toilet is not ventilated Host might really need to consider of preparing plate and spoon for us to use the microwave Host Phone cannot be reached, only way to contact is through booking.com message box. Sometimes might not get a prompt response

Close to tram line, beds were comfortable we were a group of 5 and all slept comfortably. Considerate property keeper with extra things like shampoo conditioner toothbrushes etc.

Only we felt bad about the rubbish. It said if you don’t know the separation and disposal arrangements used locally, leave the rubbish in the apartment for the owner to deal with, that was nice of them but a group of 5 after 4 nights/5 rays made a lot of rubbish so by the last days it was several piles of small bags which we felt bad leaving.

I liked how big the space was in the apartment and that it had a balcony. It had appliances like a washer, refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc., though there was no television (thankfully, I didn't want one). There was a nearby 24-hour restaurant, a supermarket open until midnight and a convenience store. It's very near the train station. And the neighborhood is quiet and nice.

It wasn't clear from the photos what the apartment and beds would look like, so there was a difference between my expectation and what they were. The wifi is a bit slow. The train line nearest the apartment is not part of the Tokyo Subway Ticket and has no discount rates. The train fare in Tokyo is quite steep, so taking that line twice a day during my stay was costly. Nevertheless, the apartment stay is relatively cheaper.

The apartment is in a pleasant part of Adachi Ward, Tokyo, convenient to the Nippori Toneri train line and to downtown Tokyo. We traveled to downtown Tokyo to sightsee each of the six days we stayed. There are numerous restaurants in the area; we ate at a different restaurant for every meal out. We used three different local bath houses to soak in the evenings. We used two grocery stores, the Gyomu and the Life stores, near Ogi Ohashi station. The neighbourhood is a residential area and is quiet. The Internet works well. In the apartment, the toilet and the bath/shower are in separate rooms - nice. Beds enough for four people. My daughter and I slept in separate rooms. There is a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and an IH hotplate.

There were glasses, but no plates, silverware, chopsticks, cutting board, knife, or cooking utensils in the kitchen. There was no pot/pan that could be used on the IH hotplate. We went out and bought paper plates, chopsticks, and other things to make breakfast with. I bought a frying pan, but found it could not be used with the IH hotplate. Unless the host provides utensils, it is impossible to cook meals. How can you make a good omelete for breakfast in a microwave?

2 big rooms - much space for Tokyo and benzyl l very affordable

Kitchen is completely entry empty , not that I want to cock, but there is not even a piece of cutlery to eat something from z.b. 7eleven

Apartment was easy to locate about 6 mins walk and fitted with cold and hot air conditioning which is good for all seasons. There is a kettle, chiller, micro-oven and washing machine that works well. The balcony is windy and sunny which helps a lot when drying clothes. There are lots of hangers in the cupboard. Clean bath and hand towels, toilet rolls, shampoo, hair conditioner, body liquid and dish liquid supply are more than sufficient.

However there is no living room as it has converted into a bedroom. No cutlery, pots, pans and sisscor in the kitchen though there is a stove.

1.Room was clean. 2.Near to ogi-ohashi station(nippori-toneri liner) around 7-8min walking. 3.Quiet and good Neighborhood.even my children are noisy but they do not complain and front neighbor gift my children chocolate on our last day. 4.the water heater and heater is good. 5.Have a washing machine on the balcony. 6.check-in and check-out process very easy(have tablet downstairs,just follow the instructions,and get passcode,open the box under door knob to get the key card,just swipe/touch key card to open door).

1.The mattress is thin. 2.No bowl or plate.

The apartment is lovely, the balcony is huge, There was washer at the other balcony, so we could wash our clothes. Two 7-11s are not too far, a Life supermarket is close to the train station. All in all, we were happy and satisfied.

Key collection was confusing. It should be known that to get the key, the guest needs to use the tablet on the first (ground) floor. The bathroom sink was clogged and sadly, the staff was unable to fix it, but there were other water outlets, so after a while, we got used to it. Also, there was no kitchen untensil, but they have an induction hob, so bring your own pots and pans, plates and cutleries. In addition, to get to the subway or JR lines, we need to use a private train line, so prepare 240 yen one-way to get to the city.

The place is affordable, at a nice location, different convience stores close by, some food restaurants close by as well. The train station for Nippori-Toneri Line is also close by. The apartments might be a bit too small if 5 people, could maybe be alright for 4, but was really nice for 3 people. The owner is really nice, and responded quite fast to messages. The place has a washing machine which is convenient if you stay for longer periods. The aircon is really great to have, especially when it got really hot.

The walls are quite thin, so noises could be heard, this isn't the apartment's fault or landowner's fault, but there was an occasion where a group of friends(presumed) moved in right next to us, and they were rowdy, jumping and screaming, luckily they stayed for two nights only. Just be mindful of neighbors and people in general when you are in Japan, Thanks

Great property if you are visiting Tokyo. Close to the train to get into the city as well as close to a grocery store and a 10 min walk to a shopping complex for supplies and everything you need.

Would have been nice to have some dishes and cutlery for eating and preparing your own food. Being from overseas we didn't have any of this so it made it a little challenging with what we could get and prepare for food.
