Friendly staff, clean room, great choice at breakfast, airport transfer booked worked perfectly, which all made for a great place to stay. We had a couple of early starts before the breakfast time, and the hotel offered us a breakfast box where we could choose from a good selection of items. We were not expecting that, which was great.

The hotel is perfectly situated, only 7 minutes walk to the market area. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a little warm at night. We couldn't leave the air con on as it was noisy, so we had the window open. Everything else was great!

We loved our stay here! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and we had fresh towels daily. The air conditioning in the room was very effective and it was also nice to be able to fully open the windows if we wanted to. The pool facilities were great, also very clean and never too busy. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the very reasonable price. We had a few questions before our stay which were all answered very quickly and in a very polite manner. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends!

I have nothing bad to write about!

Looking for a parking space was exciting every day but we managed quite well. Centre and boulevard were close. Lots of nice restaurants and the shops keep getting better too. The hotel was quiet. Windows closed no noise from outside. Windows open at night no problem because mostly quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. We made breakfast ourselves there. Had lunches out. The pool was nice with lots of sun beds. Haven’t used it though. Bathroom was big enough for one person at a time. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful when necessary.

Second stay at hotel was excellent. Booked a studio both times which gives every comfort including separate kitchenette, soundproof bedroom with comfy queen bed, and access to small balcony. Staff are excellent and on duty at all hours, always friendly, professional and helpful with every detail. Hotel is walking distance to everything - market, train, ferries, local shops, ATM, bus and 20 minutes by taxi/Uber from airport. Onsite pool has selection of un/shaded seating areas and is great for cooling off. TV has English movie channels and WiFi stable for work meetings. Can’t ask for anything more, and super value on top of it all!

Wish we could stay longer! …but will be back.

Small and friendly, staff were so nice, delicious breakfast especially scrambled eggs, lovely decor, quiet, very nice pool and lounging areas. Bus services just around the corner. Train station was also close by. The Hotel provided a parasol that you could take to the beach. That was a lovely idea.

There was only one chair in the bedroom.

Excellent overall and will stay again. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and professional, studio was comfy and well kitted out “home away from home”. Good pressure and hot water in shower, bed and linens very good. Hotel is on side street in convenient location ten minutes walk or less to ferry, old town, train station, with great food shop 2 minutes away. Telly in sitting room and bedroom which even had loads of English movie channels.

Wanted to stay longer! We cooked a few dinners in and asked for salt, pepper, etc for studio from staff. We brought our own tea & coffee. There are towels for pool and free umbrellas to borrow for the beach but you need your own beach towel.

Swimming pool area was lovely with lots of space and big enough for a swim. Our 7 year old loved it. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Rooms were clean and modern and well sound proofed and overall hotel was pretty quiet most of the time. Staff very friendly and always doing their best to help, they go above and beyond. Their language skills were incredible and they were very knowledgeable about the local area.

We arrived late on the first night. I had booked the hotel but my mum arrived first. We were very late due to long queues at passport control but they would not let my Mum check into our room before I arrived (due to a payment policy). While I understand this general policy I feel it was unnecessary and not the best approach in the circumstances. A bit more flexibility would have been appreciated. This all said-staff did absolutely all they could for the rest of our stay to make us as comfortable as possible so I do really appreciate that.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. Spotless clean and very cosy good sized beds. Rooms had towels changed daily which you don't often get, especially for a short stay of 3 nights. Hotel staff were so nice and really helpful. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxed and very clean. We weren't departing to late after check out and they let us use their facilities and showers which was so thoughtful. We will definitely be back. It's definitely a place to go if you want to relax. It was so quiet and peaceful

There was nothing I didn't like

Wow, we were so pleased with our getaway to this lovely little hotel. First of all, the staff were very friendly and courteous. The entire place is welcoming, clean, bright and cheerful. The pool was a pleasant temperature and you could order drinks from the adjacent lobby. After a hot busy morning at the market, the pool area was a treat. We absolutely loved the breakfast (served from 7:30am-10:30am)!!! The croissants and pastel de nata were still warm! This buffet was plentiful and many options to choose from like eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, yogurts and fruits and even included coffees, teas and juice for only 9€. Our room had lots of storage, hangers and hooks (something we find alot of places lack). Wifi was great. Bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure. It was also really nice to have an elevator/lift as we were on the 3rd floor. Everything looked just like the photos. We most definitely would recommend this hotel.

There really wasn't anything we could fault for the price of this little hotel. Only thing is if you're wanting to stay in the "heart" of old town Olhão, this is located a short 10 minute walk away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you to Iara,Leticia and Bruno! The studio apartment was good size with king bed and sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen. Windows opened up and there was also air conditioning. The street was quiet at night. The pool was great with clean water and sun shining between 9-17:00 into the leisure area.you could rent bikes to be dropped to hotel to cycle Rio Formosa National Park or the town itself. Highly recommend.
