Good location, breakfast very basic, but still available daily. Rooms were well insulated, so not much noise you can hear.

Towels need to be changed daily. Instead it was not changed at all. Shower needed extra attention. Found someone hair on the walls in multiple areas, which means who ever cleaned the room, did a kinda poor job.

Although bad traffic we managed to find our way. I felt safe there and that was important, since we were women traveling alone. I had to make last minute booking because one booked ahead by someone else seemed sketchy. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Everyone we encountered that worked there were kind and accommodating. Comfort Suites are my usual choice to stay.

I would've liked my trash emptied each day and replenish of towels and soap, without having to ask. I didn't expect my linen changed and I do understand that I could have asked but I thought these were givens. I have always liked staying in Comfort Suites

The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles. I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget. It was clean and had plenty of towels. It was easy to find, using my GPS. It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved. My family loved it. The staff was very nice and they cared. The TV had some good channels to watch.

The slippery tub. Had to put a towel on the bottom, because we all slipped, when it was our turn to take a shower. I didn't like that I couldn't fully close the curtains. I wish the check out time was at 12pm or 1pm. (I just wanted to sleep in more, lol)

The whole stay was amazing! They really made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious freshly made! The beds wee so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud!

The wifi was a bit slow but we could still manage

Staff was great about changing to a less nosy room the 2nd night.

Barely got any rest/sleep the first night because of traffic noise from the interstate on the west side of the hotel.

breakfast was fairly ordinary for this tier of hotel. usual fare, and selection.

rooms facing the freeway I-35 were noisy. if given a choice, i would have selected a room on the other side of the building, away from the traffic noice.

It was nice, clean, and spacious for a couple!

Online it says that the deposit is $75 but when we got here we were told it was going to be $100, so kind of more than I was expecting to pay for that.

The staff are really nice and the area was clean and I love how big the room is and the king size bed was so comfy

Only I couldn’t connect my dvd player to the tv to watch movies. But other than that everything was perfect

Located close to all main attractions. It doesn’t seems like it looking at the map, but very easy to go to downtown and Austin main attractions from the hotel.

Housekeeping is every 4 days. However they do change towels and trash every day.

Good breakfast selection. Room size was generous. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for my stay.

Breakfast area could have been cleaned during the breakfast time as there were spills especially around coffee pot area, already used tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. My room was not cleaned/serviced during my entire stay (3 nights) and only one bath towel was in the room. One soap that I had to share for both sink and shower and no replacement bottles of shampoo/conditioner. No ice bucket and ice was only available on upper floors. Air conditioning was a little weak and rooms were stuffy when entered at the end of day after hot days. Slow elevator.
