Love this property. Close to several restaurants and stores. Rooms are nice and I honestly can’t say enough about the front desk staff. So helpful and friendly.

The only downside was bar wasn’t open due to no bartender on staff. You could still purchase beer and wine from the front desk, but I missed being able to sit and socialize at the bar and have an actual cocktail. Housekeeping got a little lax as I was there for 4 days. Would forget to leave bottled water and toiletries, and the didn’t wipe the counter off. Otherwise, the bed was made daily. I didn’t check the pool this time but my last stay it was very cold.

I didn't have breakfast- didn't see a dining location even though the website stated $10 for breakfast. Location was great and there were places around we could eat. Most of the front desk staff wasn't to friendly but a big thumbs up to Nicole for her infectious smile, friendliness and caring customer service.

We were disappointed when we got in after 10 pm one night and all the garbage was still in the room, the towels still on the floor. We called front desk immediately and was told rooms are cleaned every other day and we were not informed of this when we checked in. For me, the pillows and bed were to soft so it took me a while to fall asleep.

The stay was great! The bed was very comfortable, room was very nice. Check in staff was very helpful and pleasant personality. Check out staff was also pleasant and friendly. Didn't go to the pool or gym. Plenty of parking up front close to the entrance. Room was very pleasant couldn't hear people upstairs.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel! The staff were all super nice and helpful! The room was beautiful and modern.

The breakfast was not as advertised. They show the egg and sausage as being fresh, not frozen. When served, it was very clearly all frozen before being cooked.

The hotel was beautiful. Desk reception ladies were super nice. Furnishing and decor were great. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so we can't speak for that.

2 issues: 1. Our sheets had blood stain on them but we did not have time when we showed up to get new ones and we forgot when we returned from the event we went to. So yea I slept on them :( I am sure if we had remembered to ask they would have made it right. Only stayed one night. 2. The doors slamming in the morning, every time a door closed on our floor, ours shook and slammed. They should pad them or something.

The beds were very comfortable. The exterior and interior was very clean.

Coffee was not kept filled in the room. One of the fitted sheets did not fit the mattress. Also the pillows were not the best. I would also suggest that some sort of anti-slip material be put on the shower floor. It was slippery while showering.

I did not eat breakfast - I prefer free breakfast usually when booking a hotel - but I enjoyed the aloft, so I usually have breakfast somewhere around

I was a little unhappy with the amount of money I paid for two nights in a queen room- still waiting for my refund on Roma’s well for no damages

Everything the workers I love the fact that they make us feel wanted there and every time we need something they don't make us wait so I like everything they know how to talk to people's they know how to greet you when you come in the door

I love the way the rooms are set up I haven't had no complaints since I started coming there so everything be on point

The breakfast was not acceptable.....tickets to purchase stuff I would never eat. However , Nicole offered to take back the meal tickets and credit the bill. Nicole and Katlyn who was on front desk when we checked in were both really nice. The swapped out the frig in our room, which wasn't working properly. Both of these young women were exceptional. Also, I have to mention the new bartender Antoinette, in the lounge. She was amazing! We had a great time with her "watching" the OSU game Saturday night. Too bad there is no sound on any TVs.

We had to actually ask for our room to be cleaned and get fresh lines the last night we were there. They did it right away, but one shouldn't have to ask. As mentioned above, sound on lounge TV.

Rooms were great staff excellent!! The hotel smelled clean! I had 2 dogs with me and was greeted with a friendly coming in and out! Housekeeping was even great.

No microwave in the room, indoor pool wasn’t heated.
