Room was comfy and heat was easily regulated. Check in was simple. Everything in the room was taken care of nicely.. we have stayed here before and it is a great hotel.

Breakfast was ok but there was no brown sugar for the oatmeal. Very disappointing. Elevators need a vacuum but for the most part...a great place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell in the lobby and the hallways. The room was clean and the carpet did not feel sticky and dirty at some hotels.

As I am an elderly person with bad knees I wish all hotels put raised toilets in all rooms.

Staff were great and friendly, nice comfy beds and linens. The hotel is newer, with nice modern design , facilities are clean.

Breakfast was decent except that the meat patties (Served with the omelet) were hard, doesn't look like freshly cooked. If you want to reheat food, Microwave inside the room was not working.

Everything! I first booked at Crossroads Motel to save money and that was my biggest mistake ever!! The water in the shower and sink of bathroom ran black. Then when they came to try and fix it, it smelled like sewer. they offered another room but the same water system is hooked to that room as well. I rebooked at Holiday inn through bookings.com and I will never again try to save money. I did ask the Crossroads Motel for a refund and they refused to give me one saying that I had to go through bookings.com when my reservation was cancelled due to invalid card. Crossroads management contributes to tell me that I have to contact bookings.com

Do NOT reserve or stay at Crossroads Motel In Elkhorn, WI!!! I was only trying to save money because I just relocated and took on a family property. I just went back to work because of that. plus because of the location and it being Elkhorn , close to Lake Geneva, I thought that the motel would have been more decent than most.

Friendly, helpful staff when found. Breakfast was decent and had many daily options. Lobby areas are clean and inviting.

Rooms could use a bit of sprucing up. On top of things are quite dusty but other than that, it's nice. Whenever I seemed to need someone at the front desk, they were no where to be found.

I did not like the smell of the air freshener in the hallways too strong and the cleaning solution used in the room was also strong and suffering with bad sinuses I developed a headache. Maybe if the cleaning solution was unscented would be better

Check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. The room was great. Comfy bed with soft, buttery sheets! Very nice bathroom. And it was all clean and in working order. We received a text shortly after settling in asking if all was fin which I thought was very attentive. Nice staff all the way around. It was worth the few dollars more!

Our room was out of coffee cups so we grabbed coffee downstairs in the morning and the eggs we cold on the breakfast spread. Other than that. No complaints really.

The hotel was very clean, fresh and updated, the room itself was very nice, beautiful yet very convenient lighting, the air quality and temperature was excellent, bed was comfortable as well

Breakfast was just ok, little disappointing, comparing it to the exceptionalism of the other amenities of this hotel. I don’t think it was the fault of the person preparing the food because the food that was there was good, I just think the hotel could step up their game a bit on the breakfast

Everything in this place looks brand new and super clean. Friendly staff, decent hot breakfast. Stayed in a standard king room. All the finishes and furnishings looked brand new and the room was very clean. The bed sheets were the softest I think I’ve ever felt, the mattress was pretty firm but I prefer that. If you told me I was the first person to stay in this room, I’d believe you, everything was pristine.

Air Conditioner was a little loud, but not unbearable. It would be nice if the hotel had a few chargers for electric cars in the parking lot, there aren’t a lot of options for charging in the area.

Newer hotel, clean vibe, variety options for breakfast. Great location for skiing and exploring near by, for ex - Lake Geneva. Good restaurants in the area.
