Room was dust-free and clean. There was some smell from the cleaning product in the room when I checked-in. It was resolved by leaving the room window open for 30 minutes. Bed was comfortable. The desk in the room was broad making it easy for those of us who were working on our laptops. I liked the open shelve concept, easy to spread our personal items. A generous number of bottled water was topped up on a daily basis in our rooms. Breakfast was simple. My colleagues appreciated the local dishes that made up the breakfast menu. Limited options for vegetarians, but enough to get by, there was bread, croissants, potato patties and eggs (if you don't mind eggs). Vegans - may want to check with hotel team before booking breakfast package. The seating area in the cafe was comfortable and allowed for co-travelers in different rooms to come together and plan the day. The gym had minimal but essential equipment for a good cardio workout. The view from the top most floor was amazing. Fuss-free parking. We parked our car in front of the hotel entrance and walked in with our luggage. A shoutout to the staff, from the check-out team, the cafe team, the security, to the house-keeping team - all of them were friendly and responded to queries efficiently.

My bed was on a platform. I kept knocking into the edge of the platform the first few times. Thereafter I was careful. May not be the best room for elderly members.

It's a beautiful hotel. We had lunch at the cafe. Walking distance of 15 mins to Tong Sheng restaurant and there's a very nice bingsu cafe within a 5 mins walk away. Room is comfy and acceptable cleanliness though I feel the bathroom can be improved further. We got a Premier Family Room which is just nice for 5 of us. We grab to other places like Huskitory for abt RM12 and each way to/fro Jonker St RM5. Overall, this hotel is the best we stayed so far in Malacca and we have stayed in 4 different hotels each time.

Room rates are higher. Cafe food is overrated and expensive. Bathroom can be cleaner. Not for those seeking to go to Jonker more regularly.

+ Private parking with guard; lots of parking + Cozy and clean room; bright bathroom + Roof access provides scenic view (but it's not an area to lounge, just exploring) + Basic gym (cardio machines and weights up to 10kg) + Walking distance to local eateries; it's not Jonker, but nevertheless delicious + Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints +++ Excellent breakfast; professionally managed. One of the few times all foods are hygienically covered (even the breads!). Your mains are freshly prepared in addition to a buffet spread. Well done Rosa.

I had an incredible stay at Rosa Hotel last weekend and one of the things I appreciated most was how safe and secure I felt during my visit. The car park was spacious, clean and easy to access, making it stress-free to park my vehicle. The building and design is great. Staffs are friendly. The room have all the things that your needs ie, iron, hairdryer, safety box. The hotel has 24/7 security personnel and keycard access for both the elevators and rooms, ensuring that only guests can enter certain areas. As a solo traveler safety is a top priority for me.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure and worry-free place to stay!

The hotel is beautifully designed. It is easy to navigate and if you enjoy walking it is not too far from attractions however Grab rides are very affordable. The staff were also very professional and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a foul smell which kept coming back from the bathroom despite housekeeping cleaning it vigorously. Breakfast lacks in variety and they do not rotate enough dishes out. For longer stays you might want to skip breakfast besides Melaka is crawling with good cafés. No alcoholic beverages served at night.

The hotel is special - a lovely relaxing atmosphere, super friendly staff and facilities that are secure and clean. It is ideally located if you want the ability for a short walk to the central Jonker Street activities or a cheap RM5 Grab drive. The hotel had something that many other hotels don’t have - a secure WIFI network for guests. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. My bride & I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and Rosa Malacca is now on our favourites list.

I absolutely loved my stay at Rosa Malacca. What stood out the most was its industrial-themed design, which is both modern and inviting. The spaces are beautifully decorated with exposed concrete, metal structures, and wooden accents, creating an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is remarkable, and it’s evident in every corner of the hotel. The ambiance is warm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone who appreciates places with a strong identity and thoughtful design. Highly recommended!

The vibes are 🔛🔝! Staff were exceptional from I walked to the doors to my checkout time. They put my luggage ahead in my room once its ready and was extremely helpful at all times at the reception. Perfect stay throughout! Also, I mixed up the dates at the early phase, but upon calling they had availability for my dates and sent out confirmation prompty after call.

The aircond was not very cold at the start, but had they looked into it when I’m out. The bed is of a firm bedding, but its only personal preference I like mine downy-soft.

I was quite sceptical of the hotel as I hv not heard abt it before and pretty judgemental when I drove near the vicinity when I saw it building was bit off, but I WAS WRONG. I fell in love with the hotel interior set up and the room was clean. Bed was great as it was super single size, hence it is spacious and comfortable. Food for breakfast was excellent, I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance, cozy and relaxing. Good for ppl who need privacy and to chill.

The location was not great as there are not many shop houses and tourist places. One has to hire a car or get a Grab to move around.
