Good location, clean room, AC worked great.

I paid for breakfast, had a quick sit down, and eat quickly type of meal. I grabbed a small box of cereal to take with me on the road, because... why not, I paid for breakfast. Then on my way out, I got chastized by the busser and told I would be charged for an additional breakfast if I took the cereal to go.... after I already paid for the breakfast.... I gave back the box of ceral and said keep it. Just... why?

The hotel did not offer free breakfast. There was a restaurant where you could purchase a breakfast.

The check-in agent was not familiar with how to program the card keys. There was a very long line waiting to check in as she tried to program card keys.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, quiet, Dove products in bathroom is a nice touch and convenient location from interstate. Breakfast available for purchase is a nice addition.

This is hotel is always full. The rooms are looking tired/worn and always clean.

Sit down breakfast doesn’t appeal to me. Hair left on the shower wall. Busier then normal, but only one person working at check in. Coffee was hot but not very strong. Disliked the fact that we had to use a 3rd party service to get a room.

Nice room, nice folks work there.

Got 6 breakfast slips, only got to use 3, my spouse lil sickly, was not allowed to use eating slips to take spouse breakfast, slips for dine in only. Feel like asking refund for those slips. I still have them.

Reserved a king bed but was put in a queen (2) and when questioned was told it was all they had but I reserved a king so there should have been a king available but other than that it was great

It was close to the Northwest Texas hospital where I had been for 4 days with cardiac arrest. Wanted to stay close to the hospital. Very comfortable, but the light on the mirror in the bathroom was out, soap trays in the shower are really slick and nothing would stay on them. The bar manager went out of her way to make sure we could get food in our room for dinner that night. The food was really good. The morning breakfast was excellent! Our waitress was Bernadette and was friendly and excellent. J. D. was also helpful as we thought breakfast as over at 9:30 so thought we missed it. J.D said 10:00 if we hurried we could still get in. Chef D was really nice, came out and talked to us. Nice room for breakfast,was quiet and relaxing. A lot of food that was really good. If we are ever back in Amarillo we will stay there again.

We like the room, the bar and free breakfast staff were exceptional

We were very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. We would have chosen a different hotel if it would have been listed unavailable when I booked the room. We had children and picked this hotel for a pool

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, friendly staff.

It could use a maintenance check. Cracked grout in bathroom. Toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle a lot.

I didn't get the opportunity to get breakfast. The coffee was great. Maybe my next stay I will eat breakfast. Thanks
