Heated pool was nice, although I would have liked to have a hot tub.

Breakfast was adequate. Hardly what I would prefer - eggs cooked to order, omelets, bacon, toast, etc. All we saw was juice, muffins, fruit, coffee, really just a continental breakfast. We only did it one morning - imagine my surprise when the hard-boiled eggs were spoiled! The attendant was apologetic and moved quickly to put out some fresh eggs, but it never should have happened, and definitely not what I would expect from a Marriott property.

Very happy with our stay, Hotel looked new, room and bathroom was very clean. Plenty of space in bedroom and bathroom. Even though our room was by elevator it was very quiet in the room. Front desk staff were friendly. Great location close to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location, quality of the property itself, and professionalism of the staff. This is one of the best Marriott properties I've ever experienced thus far, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott both here and in other locations.

Honestly, I didn't care for the Parking Fee, considering the area. Parking fees are generally applied for Hotels or Resorts in dense urban settings where parking lot or deck space is limited. This property is located in a Suburban Office Park where space is fair abundant.

The location and ease of access were great. I did get confused with the other Marriott Courtyard in the area, because I did not realize there were two in Alpharetta. My coworker went there and I ended up being the only one at the new one. However, It worked out and was a better location for my client visit. I left a couple of items, and Ciara Dacas was particularly helpful in letting me know I had left a keyboard in my room and she would coordinate getting those Items shipped back to me.

I would like to see tea bags in the coffee tray in the room. I don't drink coffee, but I do like hot tea. I would have liked a small washcloth or two in the bathroom, but the linens and towels were very nice overall.

Paying for parking in this location is completely ridiculous! Why? Breakfast is a la cart and expensive.

the room was not cleaned by the Saturday afternoon (2pm) therefore; I put out the do not disturb sign.

Decor was nice, staff was friendly, and was comfortable and safe.

There was a water stain on the bed sheets and blood stains on the underside of the comforter. Pretty gross. Also, I didn't like that I had to pay for parking, while staying there you shouldn't have to pay $9.00 a day for parking.

Great hotel in the most perfect lcoation, staff are just excellent as well No real breakfast at hotel, but Starbucks is on site, or there is a full Starbucks around the corner

Location was excellent as it is very close to the Avalon Center. Great walking area and close to our children who live in Alpharetta. Will continue to stay at this hotel as we visit Georgia a few times a year and use this hotel as our home away from home.
