Great views from the hotel lounge bar/terrace. Breakfast was delicious - but long queues for the 1 coffee machine which spoiled the breakfast somewhat. For me the location was perfect - with everything in pleasant walking distance.

The front desk, breakfast and room were all excellent. I couldn't get into the restaurant as it was full, so was turned away. The restaurant toilets have a light on a timer, which plunged me in total darkness during a comfort break. TOTAL darkness. The motion sensor OUTSIDE the cubicles... this is a very stupid oversight - and one easily corrected. But why hasn't it been? That was my only complaint.

A very cute and comfortable place. The location couldn't be better. We had a stunning view of the Italian countryside from our windows. The front desk staff was very helpful and the parking lot attendant really did his job well. The restaurant was quite cool and felt like it was carved out of the bottom of the hillside. We had a nice dinner there. The food and wine were delicious. The breakfast buffet was good with a vast array of pastries, cheeses, meats, and more. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Assisi.

We were pleased with everything.

Everything was just perfect: location, friendliness of the staff, breakfast...the room with the terrace and the view... Just can't wait to go back.

There is nothing much negative to say... the only thing I might suggest is to leave the Wi-Fi-code in the room, as we did not seem to find it and did not notice that you can find it at the reception. But this is just a minor detail, to be honest.

Great location . Beautiful view! Clean ! Good value . But be prepared to walk on very steep hills !! Crazy steep !

That they didn’t have a restaurant for lunch and they didn’t open their coffee shop until 3pm. Also I thought the breakfast and dinner were too expensive. Didn’t like the dinners much , but the views were excellent .

The views were beautiful. Dinner was fantastic at the restaurant. Breakfast was exactly what was needed with great choices and friendly atmosphere. The concierge when we arrived was very pleasant and welcoming. Massages were a real treat for my daughter and myself.

I would have liked to have gotten into a pool or water while I was there, that was the only thing I would say was a negative about the place.

Great location looking over the country side. Very friendly staff. The lounge and bar area was lovely and outside seating with magnificent views when the weather was good. Excellent food in the fine dining restaurant.

Very dated rooms. Really needed refurbishing throughout. Red velvet curtains and gold fittings which must have been amazing 20 years ago but not now.

Lovely hotel with great staff and a fantastic view from the terrace.

The air conditioning is old and in need of updating. In temperatures of 35C it was not sufficient enough for us to have a comfortable night sleep. The terrace was incredible!! The views are to die for but, rather frustratingly there was a DJ playing music that night which spoiled the tranquility we crave in such a beautiful setting.

Excellent location with nice views over the valley. Easy to reach by car and covered car park provided, although a little expensive at EUR 20 per day. Breakfast was good with ample choice for everyone.

Would have been nice if tables for breakfast were set on the terrace as the weather was inviting to stay outside.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Hotel was very near the basilica and churches we want to visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Massage in the spa was relaxing. We did not try but the solarium would be great in Winter.

Not all the reception staff helpful probably limited English.

A nice and spacious room with an amazing view. I would stay there next time too. Very good location inside Assisi historic area. Very convenient but quiet.

I wanted to park the car by myself as I don't trust valet parking system. Sometimes it could end up with a damage...
