The front check in area was amazing and so quick. For being incredibly busy with fair week starting, I was very surprised with the quick response time. It was a great convenient area to anywhere we needed to go. and a great pool. A little cold but that could just be me. I loved being able to get in the pool and not worry about bumping elbows every second. The dome was a great touch as well. I also enjoyed hearing planes take off. I liked being able to walk out to my car and see planes taking off. Very cool.

The pillows were not comfy. Even the firm ones were flat. But they weren’t the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. The only issue we had was at the grill. Not sure what the lady’s name was but we asked for mozzarella sticks and mac n cheese bites at the grill and she said she did not have any before I could even finish my sentence and did not let me talk. It just made me feel a bit dismissed since I couldn’t even talk all the way. So we went swimming for a few and saw someone else and asked if they had any (honestly wasn’t a big deal if there weren’t any, but the way she cut me off so quickly made me feel like she didn’t want to help me) when we asked the other person that was manning the counter, he had gotten us mozzarella sticks quickly.

We loved the pool area and our king room with a pool view!! We had so much fun! The shower was awesome as well!

There were a TON of people out in the courtyard the whole time so there wasn't very much appeal when it came to the pool and hot tub, which we were the most excited about! Not the hotels fault and we know that, just a little disappointed. We still had a lot of fun tho!

The room had a larger fridge, a microwave and a coffee bar with it's own sink. The bathroom was spotless and modern. The beds were pillow- top mattresses with 4 pillows each. The atrium had an amazing glass dome skylight and an indoor pool. The breakfast was cooked to order with seating at cafe tables or along a curved bar facing the atrium. We really enjoyed our short stay and will be back!

It was a great location and the view and pool with the hot tub was amazing! Very clean and staff was friendly.

The room we stayed in had something wrong with the air unit. It worked and kept it cool, but it was extremely loud when kicking on and running. Almost sounded like it was going to break.

The location was great as it was close to our friends house that we were visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and really liked our dog. The front lobby, restaurant and pool area was very clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The wing that our room was located in apparently had some problems as there were construction/restoration workers there. Three of the rooms that they had left the doors open to showed that the rooms were in shambles. Our first night there was plenty of hot water but the second and third nights there was little hot water, it was luke-warm at best. The workers also left quite a mess in the hallway outside our room.

Very pleasant hotel with a relatively small bathroom with no bath but a good shower. beds were comfortable, The restauranr (cafe) was disappointing for an evening meal so we went out, breakfast was provided in the cafe but very easy to order paid extras, food was good. Good bar, and a very interesting pool area in the center aof the complex, with the rooms looking out on to it. (not all)

The hotel is big and has diffefent services including swimming pool, gym, restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and has everything what is needed for a modest stay. The room is not luxus, but it was clean and silent for a good night sleep. The shuttle service is extremelly convenient, it runs 24/7 and the drivers are quite hepful.

The style of the rooms is very old style. Other than that, the hotel was comfy, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Room was clean and quiet. They got us not only a balcony view of the pool like I requested but also printed a picture of a raccoon and placed it on a bed like I requested. My friend got a kick out of that.

The pool, hot tub, and floors around the pool area were worn down, with a tile or two missing in the pool floor. They could use some touchups. Mornings could be a bit noisy since they were working on repairing the large glass dome over the pool area, though that didn't bother me much.

The property is well located and easy access from the highway to downtown. Very nice desk staff, really large hotel but very quiet. Excellent gym and pool. Super stay.

Nothing really. The rooms and public spaces are a bit dated visually but that doesn’t impact the hotel.

We arrived around 1pm and were able to check in right away! As well, the beds were very comfortable, at least compared to the last few hotels we've stayed in.

There is active construction going on, but it was easy to get to and from the Wells Fargo Arena within 15 minutes.
