The breakfast was awesome especially the breakfast burrito and the waffles. The attendant of the breakfast bar was very friendly and kind. The rooms are very spacious and clean for the price. My husband and I will be back because of the attendant at the breakfast bar and just quality of the hotel itself. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean hotel stay and a complimentary breakfast that has great breakfast and great staff!! We will be back for sure. 10/10

I love the easy check in and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. I don’t travel much but I always recommend this chain specifically home2suites to everybody I know. The price is worth the value

The breakfast sandwiches, the nightly lit fire pit and hanging outdoor lights, the fact we could grill out. staff was accommodating when needed. Very modern. Comfy beds. Need more rooms with two beds. nice decor. great seating area in lobby.

broken washer, broken dryer, broken gym equipment, broken dishes in room, no quarters for laundry (some hotels now have card swipes and apps to update guests on laundry progress. When requesting rooms to be cleaned, they weren’t cleaned. there were no extra towels and we ran out of tp.

The layout was nice, and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with tableware, pans, and utensils. Friendly staff and great breakfast options

The location of the toilet paper was awkward.

Usually, if we attend an event in Grand Rapids, we drive back home afterward. This time we decided to stay the night & I'm happy that we did. I will definitely be back within the next month.

Our room was modern and new and the hotel design is fantastic! It was great to have front desk employees text us to see if we were happy with our stay and we could ask questions.

The room was very cozy and there was many facilities to use like the pool/gym. My partner and I mostly spent it watching tv and enjoying take out while we waited for our events to start. It was raining when we got there so a warm room and rest really was great.

there were no issues really if I wanted to be nitpicky I guess the hand sanitize station on the 4th floor had some orange spots in the tray, the drink shelf in my room had a hard water stain, but that's really it.

it’s low key but friendly.

There were no coffee cup or plain half and half cups and I waited for 5 minutes at the desk and no one came out to see what was wrong so I opened the cabinets, found the items and restocked the coffee bar myself and some others that were waiting clapped!

hot plate didn’t work, no housekeeping unless you asked for it. Laundry service was broken and only available 1 W/D with a line a mile long every day. had to go find a laundromat.

Did not like the fact that I to register in order to get the WIFI, which I did not do. Other places provide FREE WIFI.
