The food was great every morning and we slept very quiet no noise

The customer service was very poor front desk girls very rude during our day requested new towels. They gave us an excuse that they didn't have any door and our bedroom had fallen off. we requested a maintenance technician to fix the door They never told him. The door was damaged because they would not fix it we had to keep up with that in order to stay there in the hotel very poor service....unfortunately out of all the Hampton Hotels we have stayed we are no longer staying here anymore...

It was very clean, good quality, updated amenities. They had a peloton bike in the gym and a good selection of other equipment. My room’s bed was very comfortable. They also had a water station for dogs in the lobby! I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area for work again.

Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable, plenty of covers, (I get cold in most hotels and have to ask for more blankets). Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Pleasant staff.

The ice machine didn't work on our floor and we were already in our night close so didn't want to go down stairs.. not much in the way of snacks and my husband and I both struggle with blood sugar drops and sometimes need something sweet to hold us till breakfast.

We have visited on multiple occasions. It has been an overall good experience. Nice breakfast.

There was a scarcity concern. Asked for extra bath linen and had to turn in the dirty linen to get the exact pieces back. I showered more than once a day. That felt weird. Also had to ask for toilet tissue and it felt like an inconvenience.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

I had a subsequent stay with this one including bf 5 additional nights and had to get a my key recoded every single night except the last night. Every night I got to my room it did not work. I never went anywhere that it would’ve gotten deactivated so that was a little aggravating.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. Hotel in general was the best.

Some electrical sockets had cracks and when I connected hair dryer it kept coming lose. That is pretty dangerous

The room was nice. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pool was nice as was the fitness room.

It was uncomfortably hot in the dining area and hallways. Our room AC struggled to keep our room comfortable.

Breakfast was great! Nice selection. I liked that it was different day to day on the hot food.

The only thing was not knowing that you HAD to request service for the room. This was not explained at check in. Came back to the room and noticed it had not been serviced then being told we had request it. Also, the AC unit was leaking onto the carpet. I had let the front desk know of this at checkout.

Location was nice. Room comfortable.

Pool was closed. We wanted to be able to soak in a hot tub and it was closed. Had to drive to an area if you wanted to take a walk. Somewhat isolated.

The young lady that helped us was very helpful, we decided to came a day early and she fixed everything. We stay again because she made the stay better. Break fast was really good .
