This freshly decorated property is in a great location in the centre of town. There is a lift so no need to struggle upstairs with bags. But what was exceptional for us, however, was the responsiveness we had at the end of our stay. When we got to the airport my daughter realised she’d left her passport behind in the room and the quick response we received enabled her to get a taxi back into Málaga, retrieve her passport, get a taxi back to the airport and still catch our flight (just!). Although these are very specific circumstances it is good to know that they will do their best for you when it really matters.

The entry system of check-in on line and the wrong phone number on the door of the property made it fiddly to gain entry. We couldn’t figure out how to heat the room with the aircon unit. A piece of furniture with drawers would have been good, rather than just a low shelf. These are not massive problems though.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Really beautiful room and bathroom, with the added joy of air conditioning which was ace at 33 degrees C! We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed longer.

A kettle in the room would be great. The check in process is electronic and we got there eventually, but it took numerous attempted submissions of an online form (& I’m no stranger to those!) so I wonder how less tech savvy travellers manage. The lift didn’t work but after 2 weeks eating our way around Europe we were glad of the exercise 😂

Good place in the middle of the busy center of Malaga but still in a quiet enough street. Wonderful room: light and airy. Good shower.

Many emails about pre- arrival checkin. I know that this is becoming more and more prevalent in the hotel industry but the emails were very pressing. As if we would not be able to stay there without pre checkin. Contact with staff is nearly non existent. There is an office downstairs where a few people are working behind their desk. It wasn’t clear if these people worked for the hotel.

Lovely feeling of space with vaulted ceiling and calm, modern design pallet. The terrace and light was good and keyless entry well handled.

Property was great. One thing about registration, the websight would not permit a Spanish DNI because it requires a date of issue and the DNI does not have one. My Spanish girlfriend was upset she had to dig up a passport ‘like a tourist.’ You might take a look at that….a small thing, my intention is to help, I loved the place :)

There is no reception, you have to check in using an app which isn't suitable for some people, especially older people and those coming from different directions etc. Although the phone operators were helpful, it wasn't the same as having a reception. Couldn't make the AC work for a while and didn't know how to ask for help, ended up calling and there was no way she could help on the phone. DIdn't like the way the door automaticlaly locked itself a miunte or so after you closed it, just very strange system. Otherwise i loved the place.

Excellent location We had asked for extra pillows and they brought one extra one (when prompted).

We were told to check in by ourselves on a website. It was a long process and took 2 attempts after the first one failed for no obvious reason. A lot of people are not good at doing these things online (especially on a phone) and so there should be an option to check in at reception at no extra cost or hassle.

The room was nice and clean with very good Air Conditioning and a large TV. It was comfortable and very well located being very close to the Picasso Museum and El Pimpi where Antonio Banderas can sometimes be seen at the bar.

The wall between my room and the room next door had paper thin walls. The couple next door to me could easily been in my room! Fortunately it didn’t go on for too long 😂. You have to download an app which then gives you keyless access….. Bring back the quill.

This comfortable room is located in a beautifully restored old building in the heart of the the old city - in fact, the main sights are just a short stroll away! It is reasily reached by public transport and is surrounded by lots of busy restaurants and cafes. The check-in app works very well - just follow the instructions in advance! Highly recommended!

A small fridge would be useful during the hot summer months!

Location is so great. Right in the centre of Malaga, walking distance to anything you want to do in town. It may not be as convenient if you're going to the beach, but for the city it's just perfect. Good sized room and clean. Access was easy despite not having in-person reception.

Check-in starts at 4, wich is fairly late. Especially because you can't drop your bags if you land in Malaga before that time. They "don't have this service" they said, which a pretty basic one. There was a big window in our room that had a courtain covering it but not a blind, which let some light in during the night. You need to download an app on your phone to be able to access the room. I get it, this helps them reducing costs but to me it's just annoying.
