Service was excellent. Very friendly. It was very clean and location was good. Our room a/c wasn't very cold and they offered to switch us rooms but I didn't want to be a bother so they lent us a fan and that was good enough. The weather wasn't too hot anyways.

The pool not being in service was a bummer. It was open one day during our stay. I called before hand to make sure it was open cuz we really wanted a pool. But staff apologized and I mean it was out of their hands.

Our car was parked in the parking lot and was vandalized. I’m guessing it was some hoodlum kids that are outside the control of the hotel itself but a big bummer on our trip. Just a heads up if you stay here, park close to the front doors of the hotel to avoid this in the future. It wouldn’t change whether or not we would stay with this hotel again, because the hotel and facilities were very nice for the price. But I wanted to give other travelers a heads up.

The staff was very efficient and even let us check in a bit early so we could make a get together we were scheduled for. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was quiet which we always appreciate.

The bathroom sink lights and bedside lights were not placed for optimal brightness and use. We could not find the dial to turn down the temperature of the refrigerator so our drinks froze.

The location is very close to my relatives’ home. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The key to the room did not work well at all. I had to changed it about 4 times and when i tried it in the door, i had to inserted at least 10 times before it worked. I reported it and it was never fixed.

The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were near the elevator, but didn't have any trouble with noise. The breakfast food was better than the typical continental breakfast, and there was lots of variety. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I really liked staying here.

The pool was closed for maintenance. From reading some other reviews, it seems like this might be a long-term thing. The lady serving breakfast was incredibly grouchy, and not just on one day. Breakfast was advertised as being served until 9:30, but by 9:00 most of the food was gone, and she was refusing to refill anything. On our last day there, she and another guest got into a fight and she either got fired or stormed out voluntarily.

The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned nicely without us requesting on our 2nd day. The breakfast was very nice and kept extremely clean. There was coffee and lemon water available at the front which was very welcoming.

Everything! From the very friendly & accomodating staff.. Hey Barbara..very large, clean rms,comfy beds ,the most complete continental breakfast,clean pool,nice gym,the place is clean! To location,its very central & easy to navigate Lincoln & near abt every venue,reataurant,store,shopping(blocks from mall)This one deserves a 10+

The Only thing i can say is if soaking in a hot bath or tub is a need they cant accomodate you,they really make up for it though!

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast! I loved the fact that there is a 24 hour business center that is open to guests to use and there is a printer for guests to print any needed documents.

I was upset because I booked the room to be able to go swimming and the pool was closed the night and day we were there. I feel like that should be posted to the booking websites so people aren't choosing a more expensive hotel for the fact that they have an indoor pool but then when they arrive they find out they can't use the pool

Both times I stayed at this facility I did not take part in the breakfast. I had to leave for appointments that included breakfasts.

I had a handicap room. I wish it hadn't been so far from the front door. Also, the bath sink faucet was very stiff to turn on and the water Flow was very small. Probably need a new faucet.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Did not always use the breakfast provided but it was the usual food given at many hotels for no extra charge. Coffee was very good though.

I asked to change rooms the first night as the bathroom door looked like someone had kicked a big dent in it and it was not repaired before we came. The second room was in better condition.
