Absolutely loved our stay at Notos Heights! All the staff were amazing throughout our stay, Sofia was super helpful whenever we needed anything, all the bar staff were friendly and nothing was too much (especially our personally designed cocktails by Costos). Room was a good size and very clean with daily visits for clean towels etc. Location was good, a quiet location with great views, about a 5 min walk to the Old Town which has some lovely local restaurants and a further 5 mins to the Main strip. We stayed an extra 3 nights we loved it that much! Thanks Notos!

Everything was great, if I had to mention anything it would simply be a suggestion to serve some lighter bites at the snack bar/restaurant (sandwiches, crisps etc), we were sometimes peckish but didn't want a larger meal.

Really lovely hotel with excellent facilities and views. Their food is incredible thanks to chef George and a really lovely staff who were very accommodating despite the fact we were a large group of younger guys. The rooms are very comfortable and the air con keeps it at a lovely temperature. Malia itself is a perfect location for all demographics, especially Notos Heights hotel as I feel that whoever goes will have an excellent time.

The only small problem with the hotel is the location. It is quite a walk from the beach and the strip but it is salvaged by some lovely restaurants and views along the way.

staff is extremely nice. the bartender speaks a little dutch as well! breakfast is simple, but fresh. cocktails are good and its a nice quite place, since its a bit away from the city centre. its easy to get to the hotel by car. there is a Pooltable and plenty of beds to sit around the pool. oh and a big plus: the hotel cats are really really sweet and like to play and cuddle🥰🥰

i can imagine in high season there arent that many parkingspots. now we did easily tho.

Very nice rooms with good air conditioning. Decor in good condition and well presented with plenty of space. Pool was a good size and clean. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all nationalities with plenty of choice and being constantly stocked up. Snacks through the day were reasonable, perhaps being able to have something light on an evening when staying onsite from the poolside bar would have been preferable. All staff were welcoming and polite all day every day. I would class this as more of an adults place to stay, couples or adult groups as there is not much for children to do, which was fine with my wife and I as we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday.

We know it was bed and breakfast only but like I said perhaps evening poolside snacks availability when staying onsite would be nice, rather than having to walk all the way into town.

Swimming pool area was beautiful and the view from it too! We loved the breakfast and location was perfect for trips and walks. Personel very nice and happy :) It was truly great experience!

When the hotel is fully booked there can be a problem with a parking spot or table at the breakfast but the staff will help you with it.

The property is out of the way you need a car however you can walk super pool

The food area needs more pick up and go food not meals this would perhaps stop guests getting take aways delivered plenty of scope for improvement the vision is there

The hotel is easily accessed from the main road, and is a short walk from Malia center. It has a parking, a nice pool, and a bar in which an excellent breakfast was served. The room was equipped with a fridge, had enough space, and a tinny porch. The room was very clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the price,

couple of small things: a chair inside the room would be nice (we brought in from the porch). A kettle in the room to prepare coffee would be nice.

Nice rooms, the breakfast was good, not too many choices, but enough for a few nights stay. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Read online that Malia is a party town, but was surprised by the nice little old town and the best restaurants we found on Crete.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room: Very friendly and very clean. Very good service. Very nice and big bed en big clean sheets. Nice shower. More enough towels, nice breakfast. Clean Pool.. very beautiful area

Small thing , the jacuzzi was not warm when we arrived. It was only 31 degrees when it was late in the evening. Since we only stayed one nitht, this was a bit dissapointing

Honestly it was my second stay in that hotel and I have to say that every time they go over and beyond the expectations! They even remembered us and we were welcomed like being their friends. The room had an astonishing view and it was extremely clean. The breakfast next to the pool with the amazing view of the area is the best way to begin your day! The always smiling, polite and helpful staff is the biggest gem of this hotel!!! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it.
