Rooms were brand new and clean. The bellmen were very nice and hospitable.

I was really bummed that the rooftop wasn't complete. Hopefully they get it finished soon since they are advertising it on their booking site and it's 70% reason why I booked them. They also could have more cocktail options at the bar and some ice/water stations around the lobby or in the halls.

This place exceeded my expectations! Especially the front desk staff is very friendly and kind. Also, the breakfast is Caribbean style. My special thanks goes to Ms Rebecca at the front desk!

There is always room for improvement in life. Thus, you should add turkey/chicken based items in your breakfast buffet for those non-pork-eaters. Second, your room service does not show up right away. For two of my requests during my stay there, I had to make a second phone call to the front desk since none showed up…

Amazing location.... Walking distance to top places you need to see. Breakfasts are the best / buffet includes a lot of variety. The staff super helpful and reliable, they make you feel at home. I appreciate the support that Nicolas (Argentina) provided to my daughter. Recommend this stay 100%... ❤️❤️

Excellent location, but horrible breakfast.

The breakfast is extremely uninspuring. It looks line a slaughterhourse. I gave up going after two days.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed - very comfortable, wi-fi was ok (not great for work calls, but good enough). The receptionist at breakfast deserves a special mention, being able to quickly and efficiently manage such long queues of hungry customers! Well done. A tip for future guests: if you want to have nice views from the window, try to mention a wish for a higher floor in advance. I didn't do it (simply forgot, being exhausted from previous travels), and was accommodated on the 5th floor, with no view of the city. On the other hand, 5th floor turned out to be a good option, as elevators were taking simply too long to come in the morning, and I used the stairs. If the room was on the 15th floor, it wouldn't be so easy! :)

The rooftop bar is indeed a must see! Views are truly amazing. However, especially considering the price of the drinks there, the management might want to train and upskill the personnel. The bartenders don't seem to know quite well what they are doing. So far, the worst rooftop cocktail experience in Chicago (and we even tried this place twice, giving it another chance... :))

Breakfast was buffet style and had a huge selection of items including typical American like egg, sausage, bacon, potatoes and a very European section, including sliced cheeses and meats and breads. Very good selection of cut fresh fruit and yogurts. The rooftop bar was also amazing. The room was clean and good size. It included plenty of outlets, hooks and a mini fridge and plenty of room to place luggage and hang clothes. The bathroom was nice with two sinks and an excellent working shower. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions for parking and how to access the red line to get to a Cubs game. They also offered luggage storage. After checkout, I opted to work in their lobby after I checked out for about 2 and 1/2 hours utilizing their excellent WiFi. They have an agreement with the St Clair parking garage across the street for $55 a day which is actually not too bad for downtown Chicago. The lobby staff assisted with arranging the parking pass.

Breakfast had a great variety, there was little to no wait for a table.

I wish the power stayed on the in room during the day. mainly because I wanted the AC to be fresh when I got to my room

The stay was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. Most days, the options were quite repetitive, which made it less exciting for longer stays. Additionally, there were very few vegetarian choices, which was a bit disappointing. A more diverse menu catering to different dietary preferences would enhance the overall dining experience.
