Rooms were brand new and clean. The bellmen were very nice and hospitable.

I was really bummed that the rooftop wasn't complete. Hopefully they get it finished soon since they are advertising it on their booking site and it's 70% reason why I booked them. They also could have more cocktail options at the bar and some ice/water stations around the lobby or in the halls.

This place exceeded my expectations! Especially the front desk staff is very friendly and kind. Also, the breakfast is Caribbean style. My special thanks goes to Ms Rebecca at the front desk!

There is always room for improvement in life. Thus, you should add turkey/chicken based items in your breakfast buffet for those non-pork-eaters. Second, your room service does not show up right away. For two of my requests during my stay there, I had to make a second phone call to the front desk since none showed up…

Amazing location.... Walking distance to top places you need to see. Breakfasts are the best / buffet includes a lot of variety. The staff super helpful and reliable, they make you feel at home. I appreciate the support that Nicolas (Argentina) provided to my daughter. Recommend this stay 100%... ❤️❤️

Breakfast had a great variety, there was little to no wait for a table.

I wish the power stayed on the in room during the day. mainly because I wanted the AC to be fresh when I got to my room

Breakfast had everything you want to see in one breakfast. And the very attentive staff from the boys who receive you at the doors and help you with your suitcases . and at the reception were friendly. The cleaning excellent

One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. Most days, the options were quite repetitive, which made it less exciting for longer stays. Additionally, there were very few vegetarian choices, which was a bit disappointing. A more diverse menu catering to different dietary preferences would enhance the overall dining experience.

Great Location! The staff are very friendly. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows were okay. They only had two on the bed, but they brought more when we asked. Breakfast had good options.

No ice machines or buckets. We had to walk down to the bar and ask for ice a couple times a day. The hallway to our room from the elevator was not swept once during our 3 night stay. Cost $20 an hour to have a late check out, wish it would have been half that, but I was glad we could stay a couple of hours before heading to the airport. The temperature of the room was difficult to regulate.
