Our stay at hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis was really pleasant. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. The reception staff provided us with all the information we needed. Special thanks to Carmen and Tudor from the restaurant who made our meals even more enjoyable and helped us around. The food (morning and dinner buffets) was great, varied, tasty and fresh. They cooked omelets and steaks on the spot, in front of you. The breakfast highlights were the honeycomb and the prossecco 😉 The dinner buffet changed every night - Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean etc. specialties - and the fee for it only included food; drinks to be paid extra. The room had a nice view from the balcony and was comfortable, In the room the tourist can find a coffee machine and an electric kettle. There are bathrobes and slippers, pleasantly smelling toiletries. There is a mini market on the street, open from 10 to 14 where you can buy what you need and also a supermarket not far away, behind the bus station. A pharmacy is also close. The indoor swimming pool was great, heated to 29-30 degrees C and an extra free towel was provided for each day at the pool. In the spa area there were a few detox/ revigorating fresh free drinks, water with fruits and herbs (cucumber, orange and cinnamon, lemon etc,). There was a pleasant smell all over the hotel. Beautiful furniture on the hallway. The small private beach had fine sand, some trees with chatty birds, a deck in front of the water. Free sunbeds and beach towels were provided, so no need to carry your own. Special thanks also to Daniel from the beach for his courtesy who made our stay even more enjoyable! Nice beach bars and restaurants where one can enjoy a sangria or a good grilled fish or shrimps. There is a bus station very close to the hotel so no need to hire cars or get taxis if you want to get around or easily transfer to/ from the airport.

The bathroom’s design doesn’t ensure privacy. No hair conditioner, no mini solid soap, no earbuds, no cotton pads or douche caps. Not a problem, just want to let know what one should bring if they like to use

Fabulous hotel in the perfect location for our first family holiday with our one year old. Close enough to walk to Palma Nova which is quite lively but far enough away for it to feel very calm and peaceful. Beautiful little beach outside the hotel. Perfect pool for children and adults. Breakfast was great & not too busy. We found the staff at the hotel extremely friendly especially the lady who welcomed us to breakfast every day, she was so lovely to our little girl who is visually impaired. The hotel allowed us to have a highchair in our room which was very accommodating. Everything was so easy and just what we wanted for our first time abroad with a baby.

Everything was so amazing the only small thing I could say could be improved was the sun loungers by the pool as they weren’t that comfortable but a very minor thing and didn't affect our holiday badly what so ever.

Communication, we requested and early checking but was not available. Were not told we had access to the Portals Lounge, we found this out by speaking to other guests. Hotel entertainment was good but was positioned were guests had to walk between the performers and the audience. Also the entertainment was inside and feel it would have added a better atmosphere it was outside or at least transmitted outside. Lunch menu not great, limited choice and given the food in the surrounding restaurants was not up to par. Not a hotel issue but we did struggle with Taxis on the island but was not given any other options on public transport but the hotel.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful, well kept, beautifully furnished and smelt like a spa throughout the reception areas

It was a bit further than we had hoped to the evening bars and entertainment of Palma nova..we were expecting 20 minutes walk but it was further and so we got a lot of taxis, however the taxis were really reasonable so not a major issue . Had to climb into the sea down steps rather than strolling through shallow waters on the sand but again this was expected just not the ideal finishing touch of this otherwise perfect hotel

Hotel itself could easily be a five star. Is set on a lovely beach that has no immediate access to the water, you need to enter the sea via a jetty. Important to know this as it's not immediately apparent. All restaurants on the beach are delicious and affordable. Spa is superb and was included. Good breakfast. Staff were amazing. Beds were perfect.

The evening dinner buffet somewhat let the hotel down, the quality of the food is not as good as the rest of the hotel, it feels rather canteen ish. Expensive per night just like all other hotels in Mallorca.

Very clean! Our room was great for comfort and wasn't small. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, so many different options for both breakfast and dinner which would alternate every 2-3 days. It would mainly be the same food but was nonetheless delicious.

We got the superior double room with partial sea view. I did expect to see more of the sea but apart from that the view was still amazing. There's not much to say that I didn't like. The staff were very friendly and nice.

It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! Nothing, everything was perfect! :)

Oh everything was just sublime. The journey from the airport by taxi is super stress-free and only 20 mins. We got upgraded from superior room to the Junior Suite, which was amazing and greatly appreciated. The deck was massive and we enjoyed coffees there in the mornings. The room super comfortable and large, with walk-in closet and sensor lights, cool shower lighting too. The facilities are fabulous, with the pool, private beach with jetty and free paddle boarding, adults only Portas Lounge has a private infinity pool and bar. The spa is amazing with sauna and not one, but three steam rooms. Great gym with new equipment and free yoga classes at 9am during the week. Foodwise, there's a great selection for breakfast, the pool bars and restaurants have good offers too, even for vegans! And we had vouchers for the buffet for one night, which we used. Otherwise, the strip is less than 10 mins walk with all bars and restaurants and mini-marts. You can also use Uber Eats for food delivery.

I can't fault this lovely hotel, I will be returning on the regular. Only addition would maybe have the option for room service in future and more vegan food options. I was impressed with what was there but can't hurt to have more!

Very good

The sea Pontoon that was there earlier in year was removed. This made access to the sea dangerous at times because access from beach was by an old ladder leading into hard slippery rocks. The sea was quite shallow full of small and large rocks. You had two walk on these rock out to sea 8 meters before it was deep enough to swim without feet and legs hitting the rocks. When waiting to exit the sea via one single ladder or very slippery lower platforms, the sea waves bashed you into the sharp rocks or you caught your foot in-between rocks. The main swimming poole was mostly empty because of its very cold temperatures. The sea was much warmer than the pool.

Great hotel overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. Breakfast was superb, large variety of choices, great taste. There are many facilities in the hotel (like pool, access to the beach, saunas, gym), there is plenty of things to do. Close proximity to the Palmanova and other beaches, few restaurants and shops (walking distance). The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing much. Parking can be an issue if you come in a busy season, although we were able to find some available parking spaces just around the corner from the hotel (public). I would appreciate some more facilities in the room (like toiletries, choices of tea etc.)
