Rooms are very big and clean, breakfast is quite good (and, in our case, it was included in the room price, which was nice). The hotel could aim to the 4 stars with minimal adjustments. Location is quite convenient, 1 minute from the train station and just 10-15 minutes from the town’s centre.

Some small things could be improved: a little outdoors covered space with a bench for guests waiting for a taxi or smoking a cigarette would cost them almost nothing, but it would improve a lot the client’s experience, especially on rainy days. Kudos to the girls working at the reception desk during the day, but the young man we found in the evenings should learn a thing or two on how to treat clients, as he was almost rude and seemed quite annoyed to be there.

Very conveniently located near the train station; one minute walk! Lobby had very nice and comfortable seating and decor with vintage memorabilia in display cabinets. Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. Our room was great, with original hardwood floors and very nice decor. Bathroom facilities and bed/bedding were great. Breakfast was also very good; tasty and sufficient. Hotel held our bags after checkout as we had a late train to catch, thanks!! Highly recommended.

The only "quirk" was finding our room. There are two elevators at lobby level and we were given brief instructions, that involved changing elevators on (I think) the second floor. Got momentarily lost so we located a stairwell and found our room. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

A small cozy hotel. Minimal facilities but all necessities were met. A special shout out to the staff and the reception at all shifts were equally kind helpful and welcoming. Rooms were well cleaned, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well maintained.

If I was to say something to be improved is the breakfast variety. Though the selection was basic and proper, the coffee was excellent by the way, a bit more effort on having a wider selection would be nice.

I loved the location, right across from the Train Station and it is a beautiful historic building. I adored the absolutely amazing breakfast - the best hotel breakfast I had in my life! Staff was very helpful and positive.

The price was too high for what the hotel provides - a basic accommodation. There was underground parking which is great but it is quite a challenge to drive out, unclear where to exit for the main street, not to mention the impossible angles you have to manoeuvre a long vehicle.

3 minute walk from the station. We have been going to this hotel for many years and were upgraded to a large modern bedroom and sitting area. Reception staff very charming and helpful.

The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and they had changed it to heating instead of cooling, which was annoying as our room was too hot. Breakfast is adequate but not exciting. Nice lady on breakfast duty and good coffee. The price had increased since our last stay.

Exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.

We had an issue where we plugged in an electrical shaver and the electricity for the room went off and unfortunately couldn't get it back on, so that was a bit inconvenient. But the staff was very helpful and moved us to another room immediately so it wasn't that much of an inconvenience.

Location right outside of Parma train station. The reception area was welcoming, warm and pristine. The hotel was run efficiently, very clean in hall ways, stairs, and my room was charming with impeccable details and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The ladies worked at the reception desk was pleasant and eager to help.

The room, bathroom and breakfast were amazing. Also it's pretty quiet for a station area.

The atmosphere and the neighbourhood around the hotel feels tense sometimes, thanks to certain kind of people over there. Also the staff of the reception could be friendlier/faster.

Location was quite OK, the oldtown quite near. But, of course, it's Train Station area, so you should be prepared to meet interesting people outside in this area (not at hotel, but if you walk a little bit away). The bed was super comfy, loved it. Breakfast also quite nice if we compare with other Italian Bed&Breakfast places.

The walls not very soundproof, you could hear some noises from other rooms.

The room was nice, the bed enormous and the breakfast had everything we needed. The staff were friendly.

It is located in a shady neighborhood near the train station. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe when we first arrived (around 8pm). If I did not reserve a parking spot in a locked garage I would definitely not stay there.
