Never have we met such friendly & helpful staff. They went out of their way to take care of us. The room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed with a kettle and a large fridge. As we were put on the top floor and at the back of the hotel (at our request) away from the street it was very quiet. We were pretty much the only ones on the top floor. The location was good for our needs. The hotel is located with an easy walk to high end shopping and food if that's what you require. Lots of activities on the street with numerous massage parlors food stalls and a 7/11 right next door. Also there are laundry machines located on the ground floor which was very helpful.

The light in the bathroom was a little on the dim side but my wife said she liked it as it made her look better!

The staff were accommodating. The hotel is near the Platinum mall, Central world and Pratunam market. Walkable, less than 10 minutes walk to those places. The nearest train station from the hotel is the ratchaprarop station ( via airport railway link). Less than 10 minute walk. Ratchachewi station ( via Bangkok BTS) is a 1km walk from the hotel. Approximately 15minutes walk.

The walls are thin. I can hear the noise outside( when my neighbors closes their doors, and the noise of the tuktuks in the wee hours in the mornings).

Most impressive thing was the smell of the hotel...the lemon fragrance is just amazing. The hotel on its own is a really great place with nice facilities. No complains and the staff are really great as well...there might be some language barrier but they will assist in the best possible way. The hotel is located really close to Morning/Night market and malls such as Indra mall and Platinum mall. 3 to 5 mins walk to the markets and Indra Mall with small stalls along the way makes you lose track of time.

It's not something I didn't like but the area is under construction towards the main road so the really first impression of the area was not quite as good but keeping at mind we arrived at the property at 3am. They did check us in and helped us throughout. Just a tip, first impression of the area might seem shady but its really close to alot of things and it did feel safe as we started walking to Morning/Night market and Indra Mall 3-5 mins walk also alot of things in close proximity. Massage places are just around the corner.

2 mins walk to Pratunam market, 5 mins walk to Platinum mall, 7 mins walk to central world. Basically you’re in the center of Bangkok. Recommended

Love the location which is next to Praturnam morning market. You can get clothes in wholesale prices cheaper than elsewhere. You can also walk to Central World, Platinum Mall and December from here. Nearest BTS station is Ratchatewi and ARL station is Ratchapong just before Phaya Thai. Tuktuk is conveniently available. Hotel can also arrange it for you. I will stay here if I want to go to Praturnam morning market. Best part of the hotel is that 7e is just next door. Super convenient.

Nicely located and better priced than the rest of the area. Staff is quite polite, perhaps in an artificial way. Rooms are comfortable in general. Cleaning staff is very attentive. Coffee in the room and water bottles every day much appreciated. Allowed to checkin around 1130 which was very good after a long flight. Upon checkout you can leave your luggage for as you wish.

Upon arrival had to pay the full amount (that’s okay) however the hotel is not accepting Amex or debit cards so had to arrange payment for me and a colleague with other cards however that took some time. I found staff to be completely apathetic towards this, that’s why I wrote that politeness perhaps is artificial - minor detail but I found this behaviour lacking customer service (they could offer to wait some time or arrange it later). The rooms could use some rennovation, balcony is useless and the air condition quite noisy. Insulation can be improved - esp in the morning you could hear cleaning staff in the corridors.

I have been to Bangkok countless times and this was by far THE BEST hotel I have ever stayed at!!! The customer service was absolutely 10/10. All the staff were extremely nice, kind and ready to help. I travelled with my mum and two sisters. From the time we arrived, AE met us at the parking lot and helped us with our numerous bags. Check in was pleasant. The ambience of the hotel is really great especially the fresh welcoming smell of lemongrass tea every time you walk in the hotel. The nice cleaning lady always offered to take our pictures every morning outside:-) And on the last day we requested hotel airport transfer as we had so much luggage and AE got us a VIP van!! Lemontea hotel thank you and keep up the great service! I will definitely be a repeat customer 💝

Everything was perfect

It is centrally located—just a short walk from Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. Everything is within walking distance. Most importantly, the hotel is an excellent budget option that is both cute and aesthetically pleasing. It is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our large travel bags and shopping hauls. The bathroom was also very clean and roomy. Highly recommended for travelers who plan to spend time shopping. The hotel also features a lovely signature scent and offers refreshing welcome drinks to guests. Special shout-out to the front office staff member named A, who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks also to the rest of the staff for their warm hospitality and for making all guests feel welcome.

Very clean room (housekeeping cleaned daily), comfy beds, helpful front desk staff, location the best, 7-11 and many massage shops just short walking distance, room size acceptable as we booked two family rooms. Just that we are on different floors as one floor only have one family room. Morning and night wholesale market just walking distance (can shop till you drop) and reachable by foot to Central World, Siam Paragon, Erawan Shrine, etc etc.

Hope the hotel can provide microwave to heat up food in the room instead of going down to the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean and in a great location with easy access to everything.

We checked in early in the morning around 3 a.m., and unfortunately the staff on duty treated us quite rudely. However, the second shift staff were the opposite - they are very warm, friendly, and greeted guests with genuine hospitality.
