It's affordable and location is very convenient for me which is very near the subway station. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and Convinients stores around. Daiso and Matsumoto Kiyoshi is just few steps away. The room is clean. They clean and change towels everyday. Breakast is very affordable if you want to avail. Reception staff can speak English. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go back to Tokyo.

I have to pick up the yukata at the lobby. Sometimes I forget to get one and had to come down from my room again. I guess I just have to get used to it, so no problem actually :)

Good proximity to the metro stop, safe area, nice staff, clean room, and good value for money. Its not a touristy area, got to most attractions within a half hour on the metro. Good single room size. Mini fridge in room. Do not disturb magnets for the doors. Handy deodoriser/anti bacterial spray for use in the room. Nice calm away from the busy central tourist area

The bed was a little harder than my liking. Reception/Lobby smelt often like cigarette smoke, from the smoking room. Fair bit of street noise came through, my room was facing the street. Breakfast is 500 yen a day, not free like advertised

I like the location, it was easy to use the subway. To get to Tokyo Disney and the airport. Just down the street 24 hour grocery store. Plus a short walk to Louis Hamburger.

The location was good. Next to a train station. Very friendly staff. The facilities and amenities were great. Safe, the doors had locks.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bath/shower was very high to get out of. The bathroom had a big step to the room, which was annoying.

breakfast was really great to have. breakfast in japan can be difficult for foreigners. location was close to where I needed to be. hotel design was very nice and modern and cleanliness was great as well.
