Property was right off the interstate, with the Missouri River as its back yard. Also physically connected to the Holiday Inn and the Ameristar Casino via interior passageways. Plenty of parking space, even for cars towing trailers. Check-in was seamless, all of my questions were answered by a courteous front desk employee. Our room smelled good! Very clean, comfortable king bed, modern bathroom with glass enclosed shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good for both days of our stay, alternating between the faux fried and scrambled eggs, sausage patties and ham rounds.

Really nothing to complain about?

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent parking for trucks towing. Easy walk to the lovely casino. Ask for a river view room you won't regret it. Easy on and off to find it. Recommended! Breakfast normal hotel fare. All good.

No places to eat in the evenings. (The casino had microwavable items in store)No casino restaurants open all we could find was a hotdog cart. Don't know about nearby as we were towing and couldn't look around.

The breakfast was just OK. The eggs weren’t to die for. They were kind of nasty. I think everything else was OK.

I really like the view from our window of the Missouri river. We had a little grand boys with us, and I was glad the way the set up was with the pool. It was right off of the elevator. The staff was great.

The lobby, halls and room were very clean. The bathroom had full size body and hair care products. Breakfast tasted very good!

The heater and air conditioner unit doesn't allow for the fan to run independently, so when it reaches temp, the room gets overly quiet and you can hear other guests walking by the room. Breakfast selection was lacking a bit in fresh food.

The staff went above and beyond when my card wasn’t working and when my kids spilled water from the cooler. The staff was super nice to my 4 kids. The pool was awesome. It was open late so we were able to swim after we got back from visiting family.

The kids found an m&m and a cough drop under the bed so checking underneath the bed would be a good idea especially when children will be using the room.

Great location, easy off and on Interstate. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Indoor walkway to the casino. Later checkout and longer breakfast hours than most hotels.

Hotel in a flood zone - that was not well thought out. But the view of the Missouri River was lovely.

We have stayed in motels for the last half a month. I always shoot for Hamptons, but the prices have been too high for us being on an extended trip. We treated ourselves last night, and I am glad we did! Everything about the room is well thought out and comfortable/very nice. I liked the ability to walk to the casino. Breakfast this morning was extremely good and different from the rest! River view was awesome.

The location is perfect.

Evening Front desk lady was rude. I asked how much for a bottle of coke, she said 3 bucks, she charged my card 5 bucks but didn't tell me. When I called down there, She placed me on hold and never came back.

The fact that it’s a Hampton Inn. We will go a little out of our way to stay with Hampton. Their beds & pillows are the Best hands down. We have always had Great experiences with this chain.

The breakfast buffet had the wrong hours posted & they were very strict about shutting down on the exact time they had in place. They still had food available but that didn’t matter. The person in charge was not nice about anyone trying to get in & take what was available. They need to change the sign or be more understandable for those trying to get food within the posted hours.
