The location is ideal.

The room wasn’t as clean as Marriott usually has them. There weren’t many towels available in the room and when we asked the front desk we were told they were out and would have to come back. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as they usually are and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. We had to call down and ask for more. There was also a wet spot on the carpeting when we entered but just in one spot. There were some stains on the bedsheets and no trash bags in the trash cans. Also the young men at valet were very nice, but the older gentleman was a bit harsh when we were walking down to our vehicle. He could have been nicer about getting the keys from him. The pool was a little dirty as well.

We loved having coffee shop and Starbucks coffee in the hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. Valet staff were the best always smiling welcoming offering water. Pool aria cozy and clean. We loved it all. I forgot my clothes in the room after check out, front desk told me on the phone they can mail it to me.

The only thing I would comment on it’s cleaning system. It was supposed to be every other day, which is already uncomfortable,because of the trash that stays in the room for 2.5 days. They gave us big trash bag, it was helpful, but stay in small room 4 ppl with huge bag of trash no fun, but it’s ok, we can handle. First 2 cleanings were like a clock, at the morning, on time, perfect. Last two wasn’t good. They came at 5:30pm when we just came from a day in the sea, we were sleeping already, they didn’t offer any towels or trash bags instead. I believe we had two different teams working while our 9 days stay and first was excellent, but other one not, sorry.

It was a little pricey (240+ per night) but very reasonable for the location. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 minutes from a bunch of restaurants and shops. The pool was very clean and rooftop bar was cute although not open every night due to rain. The staff were very kind and got us extra towels and such whenever we asked, and they let us check in early as there was a room available which was very kind. I went during 4th of July weekend and they had a pool party with a DJ and very reasonably priced food and cocktails which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I heard no noise from the other rooms despite it being busy season. And the view was very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price but what else can you expect going to a beach tourist town during summer Be aware that it is valet parking only and there is an extra charge (I think $30?) per night! Luckily I took an uber and did not have to pay for parking.

My favorite thing about the property was how small and intimate it was. Not a bunch of huge crowds throughout the hotel, even on the weekend. Walking distance from the beach and amazing food. We never have to drive anywhere.

I wasn’t aware until we got there you HAVE to do valet parking even though they ask which you’d like, then proceed to tell you they only do valet, and then it’s also an extra charge of $38 per night to park. Also, the elevators weren’t all working. So that was pretty inconvenient.

It was very clean, great gym, lots of cardio options. Which was nice when it was storming one night. The staff were all very friendly and so helpful! They let us extend our checkout to 2pm because we had a late flight, which we are so grateful!

We only received one roll of toilet paper, which didn’t last for a group of 3 girls, we had to call everyone other day to ask them to bring more tp and towels. The price of the drinks at their rooftop bar is way too expensive.

The view of the bay was beautiful! On our balcony, we were able to see the band in front of us and to the side were able to see the ocean in between two of the buildings, which is beautiful. They even saw dolphins at one point outside of our window, which my children truly enjoyed The staff which we need things is several times was always very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. Every staff member made a big difference even from the valet outside to the housekeepers. Would highly recommend!

Although the Marriott Courtyard is a family location, it had a lot to offer for a romantic day and evening. The view by itself was amazing. The Rooftop Bar highlights The Courtyard. We enjoyed the location. It was close by restaurants and the Clearwater Beach. It had great value for a family of 5 that wanted a mini vacation. If we could, we would love to stay much longer. Thanks to the breakfast server area and the front desk that was training! They were very kind and made us feel so special.

Great location and room with a view. We were surprised with an upgrade of room with a balcony upon arrival. Staff were very friendly. As our return flight was late in the evening and having an infant with us we requested for a late check out which was granted without hesitation. Appreciated that very much. Rooms were comfortable. Walking distance to all the happening places and beach . Lots of eating possibilities just close by. Valet parking staff were super efficient, organized and very helpful with luggage too. Thank you everyone.

Were taken by surprise that only valet parking is possible for $31 a night.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Clearwater Beach. The view from our balcony was amazing-we could see the marina and the gulf, and the rooftop bar is beautiful! The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The valet team is especially amazing-so fast! We will definitely consider staying here again.

The only issue we encountered was in our room when we checked in. There was no bar soap or washcloths. We had to ask for both of those things.

The ocean view was nice and the size of the balcony. I liked the valet parking. It was walking distance to the beach.

It took a while to figure out where the microwave and refrigerator was. Eventually we found them in the odd shaped cupboard on the wall. Unfortunately you couldn't access the light switch behind it.
