I checked in after hours and the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, it was comfortable.

I could smell cigarette smoke throughout the night. I have asthma so I wasn't as comfortable as I could have been.I woke up to the strong smell of smoke a few times. It made it difficult for me to breathe. I tried to take a nap before I checked out and had staff knock at my door twice, 45 and 30 minutes before check out time. I wish I hadn't been disturbed.

We are from germany and we did not know what it would be like staying in that area and that hotel but it was very nice the staff was awesome and Anything we asked for they took care of it asap ... they made are stay there even better than we tought and we will be back...

Great price, great location for amphitheater, fairly clean

The door to the main entrance was broken which seems a little unsafe and should be fixed. Also, the housekeeping came and knocked on our door 3 times between 9:30-10 when check out wasn’t until 11.

The location and food choices for the area were excellent. The proximity to the expressway was good as well.

The smell of weed. No fault to the facility, just the world we live in today.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to bring my dog without any issues.

Some of my neighbors were a little loud. There seemed to be loud music almost all the time.

Hotel was clean nice room for the price . Some of the people staying there were less desirable but had no problems with unreasonable noises or activities.
