The facility was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great. Had a vast selection.

I didn't like that I had to pay $24 per night for parking in addition to the price of the room. It was not brought to our attention that I would have to pay that and others that came in to check in didn't know that either. They were surprised as well. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. I didn't like that I had to go to a different floor to get ice. The ice machines were on the first, third and fifth floor. We had a room on second floor.

The customer service was top tier. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Very friendly staff and when I needed something the service was exceptional. I will definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. It's only a few minutes from the airport and the shuttle ride was free. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful.

The fact that the hotel is far from downtown Chicago is the only dislike.

staff was helpful and friendly. close to local restaurants. breakfast and shuttle was good to midway. room was quiet even with it beside the elevator.

thought it was overly priced. there was no place to put to place a suitcase to unpack as we are a couple traveling. putting both on the bed. Just think that the price for the size was too high.

Staff assumed our kids were the ones not drying off when there were. Bunch of teams there and older kids who didn’t have parents around at the pool

It was clean, quiet and very convenient. Staff was very accommodating and even gave me a free upgrade.

Breakfast could have been better. The meat was undercooked on several days and the boiled eggs had ants in the container.

I like the location the room was nice. Easy check in.

I was surprised to see the hotel center with all the hotels located together made it feel more safer especially in that part of town. I had never noticed the Midway hotels. All the time I had been flying in and out of Midway 👍🏽

needed to wash and the dryers didnt work and had only one washerand dryer inconvient for a nine day trip. breakfast could have had scrambled eggs and turkey sausages and the house keeping had to be ask on request i just don't get it more money for hotels but less service in this room cleaning area.we use the hotel every day toilet paper towels sheets needs to be changes out at least every other day beds need to be made up floor vaccumed come on housekeeping step up your game i paid for this service i am on vacay.

The manager (I’m afraid I don’t remember her name) went above and beyond to help me with a problem we were having with a rental car. She spent about an hour on the phone for us. Very caring and helpful.

There was a variety of foods to choose from which was very good. The location was very convenient to my destination which was a plus.

The only issue I had about this hotel was the parking. There was several parking spaces, however not enough to accommodate the hotel guest. I had to park in the hotel parking lot across the street at times and pray that it would still be there in the morning.
