it was a very fine and comfy place, price very affordable and suitable place for family vacation. The room is superclean and very spacious. with a nice view and can chill in a balcony . Thanks for the homestay management which very friendly and fast response for every single question. the instruction was very clear .Just dont hesitate to ask them if you are confusing and have a problem during check in.

the water shower and bath tub pipe got a problem. maybe i dont know how to use it. Some more i think the hot water shower malfuntioning. Not recommended to stay during CNY festive week because it supernoisy with firecracker almost every where. the Lift opening direction could be confusing for those who are not familir with this kind of apartment.

The location is just walking distance to KSL mall which is very convenient should you need to get dinner or do shopping or even massage! High floor apartment with a great sunrise view. Very clean and spacious for a large family. Staff were very clear on instructions on checking in procedure. Recommended for big group and large families.

Check in time was 3pm but were only able to check in 45 mins past 3pm as we were informed cleaners were still cleaning it. As I have children with me, I needed to access the room as soon as check in time to settle them. Check out time was 11am and anything above that will be charged an hourly rate despite only able to check in almost an hour after 3pm. Service lift was also very slow.

The location was ideal for shopping around KSL area. The Monday Night Market is just outside the property, so it makes it easy to visit. The apartment is huge with 4 rooms, where the Master bedroom is equipped with 3 Queen beds. Landlord is very friendly and helpful, security deposit was promptly refunded upon check out after they have checked that the apartment is in order.

There is only one lift serving every segment of the building, hence, during peak check in hours, there will be a long wait at level 5 carpark lift lobby. To overcome this, we had to take any lift available to the ground floor and queue to take the same lift serving the apartment up. The wait at other timings are usually okay and not so crowded. Landlord may want to include a table cloth for tenants to wipe the table after use.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean.

One bedroom downlight was flickering but the technician came quickly to tell us that it’s the driver issue and taught me how to toggle to use the other pendant lamp instead. The AC compressor was noisy and caused the master bedroom wall to vibrate as well. But the technician came and advise that it was the living room AC that cause the noise. So we off the living room AC while we sleep and it was ok.

I had a very pleasant experience at this homestay. The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping mall, which made it easy to get food and other essentials.

The lifts were very slow—we waited for around 15 minutes, and when they arrived, they were fully occupied. In the end, we had to take the stairs down

The condo room is quite clean and host is always attended our inquiries especially he also offer FOC extension 1 hr for our stay. The condo is located at heart of KSL city and it is really convenient to access KSL city mall / amenities.

Same as others guest comment about the lift waiting issues even there are 3 lift serve in this condo.

I am really contented with the apartment. The beds were neatly tucked in and the appliances were working well. Sliverware and kitchenware were all available. The lights in the apartment was aesthetically appealing as we could change the room to look more dim. There was a variety of facilities such as swimming pool , sauna , gym and more. Overall i am really happy with the stay and i would really come back in the future 😊. Thanks Edmond for being so detailed with our stay and making it so smoothly for us.. Thanks for making our stay so meaningful..

The location, right on-top of a very big has everything shopping centre. The apartment has a great view, clean and plenty of space for a family of 5.

Having to pay a bond to the host direct. I thought my booking.com account with my attached credit card would be enough but no, the host wanted me to transfer 300 Malaysian Ringgit to his account. I didn't feel comfortable doing this so the only other option was to meet one of the hosts workers and give them the cash. They don't have a receipt for the cash so I got my son to take a photo of me handing the cash to the worker. And then we had to check out at 730am the next morning where we had to meet up with the worker again once he checked the room to give the 300 Malaysian Ringgit bond money back. The whole process nearly spoiled what was otherwise a great stay.

Room size for max 4 pax is just nice . Room is clean and location good. Keep it up!

For 4 pax in a room but only 1 lift card is not convenience . All have to stick together at all time , can’t separate for own shopping if no phone roaming data, is a serious problem. And hope can add the level in the apps were be better.
