Our room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff were friendly.

The location was 40 minutes walk away from the city centre and kind of a dodgy area. I didn't feel too safe about leaving my car there overnight and there were only 2 official spaces for guests. We booked the room for 2 nights with breakfast included however when we turned up we were told breakfast was unavailable. They offered us a late checkout to make up for this but it was disappointing we weren't told about this in advance of arrival. We didn't get to see the bar area as we were told it wasn't open yet when we wanted a drink about 2:30.

Breakfast was great although not lots of options for my husband who’s vegan.

Came down from Scotland for dua lipa concert with my daughter. Was greeted by the hotel manager, she was so lovely, .. there was mix up with a room , a bit of a mystery, but was all sorted with a bit laughter and good banter .. 😊 Room was just enough for myself and my 7 year old for one night, and only 15 min walk to Anfield! bus 27 takes you back to city centre in no time .. P.s no breakfast or fancy cuppa coffee available in a hotel , that’s the only negative can say, however they do provide coffee and ketel in a rooms, I just really like a nice cuppa coffee in a morning but not a big deal .. got a number 27 into town for Starbucks:) Thank you for everything , we had fab short stay !

The staff helped beforehand when i asked,what's the best way to get there ie bus and told us the number to get and where from so that saved us pound's on taxi fare's all the time,had a great stay as been here before...staff very chatty and pleasant

not that we didn't like our stay as that's probably too harsh because we did....very warm room even with the heating turned off and there was a fan provided but still warm (even with window open) TV only had certain channels working but it wasn't the be all and end all as we were out and found out when we'd gone that breakfast was provided but weren't told...just little minor hiccups here and there,nothing bad to say about our stay.

Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. We had our room upgraded which was lovely and much appreciated. Plenty of plugs. Towels changed daily. Comfortable temperature within the room. Just a 10 minute drive from the M&S arena so good location and great value for money. There was some live music in the downstairs bar on the Saturday evening which could be heard in our room, with young kids a possible consideration but it caused us no bother and we would definitely return.

The pillows are quite flat, albeit we had a number of them, so possibly worth bringing a pillow if you require more neck support.

Staff who we spoke to,were all very pleasant & welcoming...stayed for two night's & have no complaint's,even before the stay question's were answered so we knew all about how to get there via Bus etc etc the Number,Nothing but good thing's to say about our stay.

It's not so much as a complaint or didn't like but i guess as we're both Coffee drinkers,would have been nice to have some Sachet's in the Room,I don't drink Tea (but my partner does,so she was ok) but yeah,that's the only very small thing that we personally would have liked in our room (though,must point out at one point we did ask the young lady who was running the bar if they had coffee & she kindly offered to make us a cup but she looked abit run off her feet dealing with other customers so we declined as we didnt want to give her more to do) but thank you all the same,whoever she was 🙏

An absolutely amazing hotel who saved me from being homeless on Christmas day after my airbnb room fell through. It was exceptionally quiet and there was no light pollution which is perfect for anyone who suffers from migraines. The room was meticulously clean, the facilities were spot on, and the room was secure. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and being able to get a nightcap from the bar, certainly helped me to get over my airbnb trauma earlier that evening. Honestly I can't recommend them highly enough and will be booking with them the next time I'm in Liverpool.

Joe really looked after me from the moment I arrived and nothing was too much trouble! He even brought a champagne flute and plate and cutlery to my room for my uber eats without me even asking - i just happen to mention it ! The room was great but I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath which had lovely powerful jets and having owned a similar bath in the past and knowing how soap can get stuck in the jets and expell debris, I have to say that this was clearly serviced regularly as my bath water was pristine from the off 🙂 Great Internet connection and Netflix facilities too and parking onsite a bonus - super close to anfield for fans of the red men or visiting away fans This is definitely a go to hotel for me for future trips to Liverpool- great job 👏🙌

I was greeted by Anita upon arrival. She is very friendly and welcome me to the hotel. She sorted any issues with the accomodation quickly. The room was clean. Its a good size room and comfortable. Great location about 10-15 mins walk to Anfield stadium as I went to see a music concert there. Some good food places nearby for when you need to pop out for food. Overall, positive experience.

I did not have enough time to see what else the hotel had to offer so can't think of anything now.

Was a bit difficult to find at first as Google maps took us down a dead end road next to it instead! So got stuck going around the one-way system. Not a big problem, just a heads up to anyone else staying there to double check on your map first!! Unfortunately no option for food despite being above a pub - but we were informed we could order in. Again, not a massive problem, we just went out for dinner instead!
