Accommodated our very late arrival, due to flight delays. Helped us to locate the hotel after Satnav let us down! Extremely accommodating in providing us with refreshments after our very long journey and bringing directly to our room, even though it was nearly 1am! Went out of their way to help find us a taxi at short notice after we had car trouble, phoning around several taxi firms.

Good variety for breakfast- catered well for vegans- provided selection each day including vegan ham, cream cheese, humus, yogurts, milk etc. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location just a walk across to the lake and nice beach areas and then a 15min walk to Malcesine.
Room was slightly small, air con wasn’t that good and leaked.

I struggle to sleep with the aircon at full blast. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off for the night.

Location was 10 minutes walk along the lake to Malcesine. The breakfast was very good. Something for anybody. Nice pool. Typical Italien Hotel , Nicely renovated.

The hotel is VERY well situated in the quiet end of Malcesine - at the best end of the beach, and within a nice walking distance to Malcesine with its restaurants. The hotel had high standards of hygiene - especially they had a good grip on corona. (Yes, it was then!)
Our bathroom was quite small, but well functioning. At the cost is was fine.
