Room was as advertised. Good value for money. Clean. Comfortable. Super manager at front desk. Told us about the place, where to go, what all to see. 10/10 for him! . He said he was a local from Conwy itself, and we appreciate his help a lot!

1. They could provide dental kits. 2. I find it absurd that their policy says if i check in after 8pm, they will consider it a no show and cancel the booking without refund. If i have paid in full for a room, how does it matter what time i check in or dont check in. They told me there wont be staff after 10pm , which i can understand, budget hotel, off season and all that, but thats still 10 pm.

With beach view and just a walk away from the pier. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly and the common areas were comfortable. A good price to value ratio.

Only wi-fi is in the foyer. Low network coverage in the area in general.

We were on honeymoon and the management, household staff and catering staff were extremely helpful and accomodating.

We didnt read the fine print. So much to do with wedding preparation etc. So we were surprised there was no WIFI in the room and no parking. These were challenges we were well able to overcome as we have plenty of data on our mobile and there is WIFI in the entrance lounge. We always found parking outside the hotel.

Great location, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Poor wifi and phone reception. Wifi only available at reception and phone reception in the rooms was very poor so researching local attractions or contacting family was difficult. In those day and age wifi in every room should be a given.

We were staying in the annexe in the back of the hotel, the outside light for the stairs was not working, very dangerous.! My friend had asked for soya milk for breakfast while we booked in the hotel, but there wasn't any when we asked at breakfast time.

It wasn’t clean I couldn’t stay I had to pay for another place to stay I would like some of my money back

Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very well located. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We stayed in the annexe building, which was perfect because all the rooms were together. I really liked the courtyard by the rooms — it was great to step outside and get some fresh air. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and just the right amount. The location couldn’t have been better, right opposite the beach. A special thank you to Siva, who dealt with the hair straighteners issue so promptly. I had left them behind, and when I contacted the hotel, they quickly located them and posted them back to me. Fantastic service!

I found the hotel itself quite dated and in need of some updating.

Our second morning at breakfast it was busy and we had to wait over 40 minutes for my Sons porridge to come out and my egg on toast never arrived so I had to leave the breakfast room as it was our check out time. Couple of lights didn't work Shower door didn't shut fully Not all rooms had a bath
