I stayed at Cratus Stone Palace for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel beautifully captures the charm of Cappadocia, with its unique stone architecture and cozy atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close enough to the main attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. Everything from the decor to the service reflected care and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Cratus Stone Palace to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It's a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and hospitality.

Check-in was smooth, room was as described/pictured, bed was firm and comfortable, loved the showerhead and water pressure, and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with a good view over the town to the mountains. It was nice having the small fridge to keep water cold before outings, and having tea & coffee in the room was perfect for our early morning balloon flight. Check out was smooth and we appreciated the ability to book our airport transfer through them. Pickup for the shuttle to the airport was prompt.

There was some confusion/miscommunication regarding our shuttle from the airport to the hotel, however as soon as the front desk was made aware they were able to rectify the situation. There was a little mold around the edges of the shower, nothing a little bleach and steam couldn't handle.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Everyone was friendly, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptionally amazing — the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, every team member did their absolute best to accommodate me, offering helpful advice and organizing activities and tours to make my trip unforgettable. A special shout-out to Tuna, who took the time to teach me about Cappadocia and share his genuine love for his beautiful country. His passion truly enhanced my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning on my next trip. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable — I can’t wait to come back!

There is nothing I did not like.

This place is perfect in every single way; location, staff, restaurant and accommodations. Our room (201) was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. They booked our tours for us at the same rate as online. We used booking.com for an inexpensive shuttle to/from the airport. You will be a 1 minute walk to everything and the hotel is quiet! Tunahan worked the front desk and was such a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the area and helping us book events and meals. Thank you for an amazing stay. We left for the airport early in the morning and they had a take-away breakfast ready for us to go. Our only disappointment is we forgot to tip the cleaning crew when we left in a hurry at 5:30 in the morning. We are so glad we chose your boutique hotel!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We loved everything about Cratus Stone Palace. The room was clean, spacious, and full of charm, and the location was peaceful yet close to everything in Göreme. The staff were amazing — Buse and especially Tunahan, who shared fascinating insights into the area's history. His knowledge truly enriched our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the highlight was watching the hot air balloons up close from the rooftop — an unforgettable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Cappadocia! We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The receptionist, Tuna, was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Celal, who served us breakfast, went above and beyond—since I have celiac, he made sure I received a full platter with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The staff was truly exceptional, always attentive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality!

The room was very spacious with lots of extra amenities like toothbrushes and sewing kits. Breakfast was traditional Turkish with choice of eggs each morning. We could hear more of other guests from our room than we would have preferred, but it was not a big issue. Staff was quick to greet us at the front desk each morning as we left. We had the double room with bath and realized we could not keep our windows open as we were at street level. Not a major issue, but something to note if you want that room. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Our windows were right at street level so it was not wise to open them for the night air as we prefer. It also meant that having the blinds open would not allow for privacy. The room is a bit dark with them closed.

Everything just exceeded what I'd ever expected from a hotel at this price. Starting from a super convenient location, especially if you travel to Goreme by bus. It's just across the street from the bus station. We came early in the morning and the staff allowed us for early check-in with no additional charge. The room was cozy, clean, full of amenities. The best part would be the breakfast. It was a super big meal, served on the covered rooftop restaurant where you can see balloons flying. Nice coffee, bread with honey, chocolate dip or jam, various types of cheese, pastries, omelet cooked in a way you like, cheese fries, fresh fries, and fresh fruit. I can't think of anything more I would ask for. Absolutely perfect and strongly recommend!!!

Thank you to lovely team to making our stay incredible! The hotel is wonderful, rooms really nice, equipped with everything you need, staff was kind and helpful. The location is in the centre of Goreme, close to many restaurants and caffes, they also have terrace from where you can watch the ballons in the morning, and also breakfast/dinner restaurant. Breakfast was included in our price and was honestly the best one I had in a hotel. Food is amazing and portions are really big. I would def recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Luxury Cratus Stone Palace was outstanding! The service and kindness extended by the reception staff Suzan as well as housekeeping and the restaurant made our stay special. Suzan was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure our questions were answered and our stay was comfortable. We were even upgraded to bigger rooms available on our arrival. For our first evening we enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace which offers a beautiful view of Goreme, plus a delightful meal at the restaurant. The location is a nice short walk to all restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern stone hotel experience and great service.
