Was lovely peaceful stay in central ubud. This was a great base hotel to explore UBUD and do tours from for other areas of Bali. Staff were lovely and friendly attentive at all times and the spa was very nice also. The levels of beds to capture sun was very smartly done and layout of hotel we had nice swim in mornings then relax lie on sunbeds second floor to catch the sun 🌞

When sun went off pool could be quite cold, was 2+ hours away from airport traffic in ubud quiet bad so we moved closer for last few days.

Enjoyed a few days stay here at this hotel. It was clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly and very accomodating. I am a regular in Tegallalang for business and found this location very handy. I normally stay at a more expensive hotel in a similar location but decided to try Puri Padma for a change and wasn't disappointed. I regularly travel on my own and never felt unsafe in this location. The view from our balcony and also the restaurant was very pleasing. The eating area is small but offers a great view of the rice fields and the food was always tasty & inexpensive. The spa onsite is conveniently located beside the pool and worth taking time out for. Wifi was good

We loved the friendly staff. Nice location surrounded by home decoration & furniture shops. Short taxi trip to Town centre. Great views of mountains, Rice fields & sunrise from restaurant & roof top.

Bathroom basin is too small for a good size bathroom. Swimming pool is right next to dinning area, not enough privacy. Dinner menu needed improvement, pizzas were not good.

Friendly and helpful hotels staff. We are not familiar with indonesian foods but this hotel did not force us to use food/service of hotels...it's up to our choice. We can buy some food(instant noodle) from Super market and ask hotel restaurant to help to pour it with water. Althought they did not know how to cook it in vietnamese way but their willingness of help is a great for us. Thanks

Excellent service, if you had issues the staff helped immediately and all was according to the price. Near all the handcraft factories so you can go and visit and see how they work and get local art for much better price than in the center of Ubud. Less chaotic as you are not exposed to the traffic and noice of the center. The pool was clean and the terraces were cozy to relax and get food and drinks. Four different breakfasts types so you can change everyday and don’t get bored

If you are sensible to noise, you can hear when other guests enter the hotel. You have to take transport to the center of Ubud but still cheaper than getting the quality of hotel in the center. The view is not like the pictures but close. Make sure you get rooms facing the fields and not in the back otherwise the rooms are dark but if you aren’t much in the hotel it is just ok.

Love the location,very close to shop for groceries and good food nearby..just walking distance from hotel..bed is so comfy..water pressure for shower is strong enough to get good shower..toilet is with self service water cleaning,feels like i’m in japan..breakfast is also good..had a good pedicure service as well,ginger tea & fresh fruits service after that

Such beautiful views, great location, and amazing staff!! There was not only a pool but multiple levels where we could go look over rice fields, see the volcano, and gaze over the whole of ubud! It was so special! The food and coffee was great too, we loved the free breakfast!

Awesome staff, nice view (we even got the monkey show view from neighbor place. We used a lot restaurant to work on both floors, and it was very convenient. Stuff is really amazing, friendly and sincere.

Room could be bigger.

We had a really pleasant stay at Puri Padma hotel! Beds are comfy, rooms are quiet at night, there is nice pool and terrace, you can rent a bike, eat at the restaurant. Ubud centre is only 5 min drive away (if there’s no traffic).

The rooms are bit small and very dark. We were lucky to get the last room at the hallway so we could keep our blinds open, because that’s where your window is, to the hallway. I don’t think we would have had such a nice stay if we would have got a different room.

Gorgoeus hotel, modern amenities. Comfy room, good AC, lovely pool and restaurant area. Option to have room cleaned every day. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Option to rent car/bike from hotel and also book tours. Some shops/restaurants around hotel.

Location was about 30 mins walk from main streets of Ubud but there were shops and restaurants around and you could rent a bike, not an issue just to be aware. Also the shower, water heater and sink all had a leak which was attracting ants to the room.
