I recently stayed at this cute hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The vibe was cozy and inviting, making it feel like a little oasis. The location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful, with everything I needed within reach. The restaurant was an absolute highlight; the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere added to the overall charm. I also enjoyed the pool, which I had all to myself—a rare treat that made the experience even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Overall, this hotel had it all: comfort, great amenities, and an amazing vibe. Highly recommend!

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room .

The friendly check in experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel. The incense burning throughout the day and the candles on the stairs at night were a really nice touch, never seen that before. Lovely and unique decor. Friendly restaurant staff. The rooms were very clean. Loved that there were facecloths (so few hotels in Mexico seem to provide them). Water jugs on every floor for guest use. Very clean. The earplugs in the room (amazing). Comfortable beds with nice clean and good smelling sheets & pillowcases. Our family of three adored this place.

We didn't get warm or hot water:( We had a really long day of travel (8 hours of driving straight) and then went right to the beach until well after sunset. We all needed a shower and the water got barely warm. Even in the morning the next day. This was unfortunate. Also, the "extra room" my daughter and I slept in was more like a balcony, the walls didn't reach the ceiling and the roof was palapa style branches so it was exposed to outside, we were very cold and could also hear the music from every direction in the town. Just a warning for those who are arriving unaware of the room that has this feature (you can probably ask for extra blankets during months where it's colder at night).

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, the bed is super comfy. There are really interesting books on the shelves for you to read during your stay. But the best part of this place are the wonderful people who work there, they go above and beyond to help you. Case in point was when I lost my phone before departing PVR airport and I called Alonso at the hotel front desk and he was able to help me find out that someone had found my phone and returned it to the information desk inside the airport. Great people!

The staff are all so nice and helpful. The hotel is charming and the fact that there is a continental breakfast included every morning in the lovely courtyard was a big plus. The restaurant staff were excellent. The beds were comfortable. We had air conditioning but didn’t need it. Hardly needed the fan.

It would be a plus to have more hooks in the room and also hangers. There was nothing we ‘didn’t like’.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The cleaning staff was above and beyond. We loved the morning coffee and yogurt! Hot showers and wonderful location!

Super friendly staff. Saul is very helpful and kind. He was always smiling. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional.

Nothing at all.

First, the staff is incredibly friendly. Second, their restaurant is one of the best I’ve experienced here. And I’ve been here for almost 3 months. Finally, their hotel is unbelievably comfortable.

The only thing I don’t like about the property is they rarely have vacancy because they are so popular.

The complimentary cup of fruit was delicious. The bistro restaurant is very good with attention to detail.

My room was facing the street. It wasn’t a dealbreaker but it would have been better to have had a room off the street.

The cup of life, granola and fruit with yogurt breakfast was refreshing and delicious. The optional entrées were well prepared with fresh local ingredients. The bilingual staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner on the weekend was spectacular!

Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, the organic restaurant is delicious, very clean.

A bit noisy for small children, if they have an earlier bedtime. I wished the windows latched for safety with small kids
