Was clean, neighbourhood lovely.

The fact that we booked our room trough Booking platform, where was presented with breakfast included and at our arrival at the reception the staff informed us that we booked without breakfast. When we checked our receipt, wad not specified neither that we booked with or without breakfast. The other hotels that we stayed and booked trough Booking with breakfast, gave us the same type of recipe, that not specified that has or not breakfast, but we had with them breakfast the same how was the Booking offer that we chosen.

The breakfast was the mai issue. Even that was rich and the service good. We booked our stay trough Booking patform, wich said the the breakfast was included in the price, at the hotel we were informed that we Nedd to pay the breakfast. The receipt recieved after payment did not specified that the had or not breakfast included. So we had to pay the breakfast.

Small, not a lot of light and no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast lady doesn’t know what a latte is. Then when you ask the manager they say to ask the breakfast for it. She doesn’t know English thats why I was asking management to translate it.

The hotel is ideally located for people visiting the LMU hospital, in a nice neighborhood with shops and eateries.

Nothing really but there are no facilities in the room to make coffee tea or a snack.

Our room was spacious and cozy. Wifi connection was stable and suitable for people travelling for work. Toilet and bathroom rooms were separated, which, for us personally, was a huge advantage as well. This place is located in just five minutes walk from the metro station, with plethora of nice restaurants and a grocery store on the way. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

The room was decently heated, although not heated enough for my friend.

Very clean, close to the metro, a few very nice restaurants around, sauna was nice.

The breakfast could be improved with warm dishes (at least scrambled eggs and sausages would be nice)! 😉

The rooms are a bit small, but it was what we needed. The street is a bit noisy at night, which was unexpected but nothing the hotel staff could do about it 🙂

Very clean. All new in the room. Good location, parking. Very reach breakfast.

Poor soundproofing. Bathroom very little, uncomfortable to seat on the toilet if you are not slim_ because of the washing sink(lavatory) which is very near on the toilet seat.

This is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Neighborhood is amazing and easy access to U6 and walking distance to the Hospital.

Nothing. The only thing that is missing is AC specially in summer

Room was small but comfortable. It locates in a quiet residential area, not too crowded. It's easy to get to Metro to get to the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing to complain.
