- location is unbeatable - the upgrade is very much appreciated - staff were professional and reliable - comfortable beds - the complementary mini bar is always a plus - a wonderful experience overall - I would love to extend my appreciation to the hotels staff for their support during our stay in particular to Mr.Mario from reception , his understanding and professionalism was inspiring while checking us in he avoided a misunderstanding before it escalated

- breakfast was the main disadvantage throughout our stay keeping food from the previous day and presenting it to the guests is not what we expected - the rooms were nice but the smaller ones have doors that close automatically which gets smacked violently which wasn’t necessary - one of our rooms were cleaned while putting the Do Not Disturb sign - please be more thorough with the mini bars we found an opened and drank from bottle upon our arrival

- spectacular location - the upgrade was appreciated - hotels vibe is impressive - not a big property but it’s enough - staff are professional and helpful - the green and gold cafes are calming and inviting - valet service was great - concierge team are very helpful and friendly

- ordered in room dining and I couldn’t help but notice that the portions of the food were less than usual and the food wasn’t as delicious as it looks - unfortunately it’s the second hotel in Munich that asks for 200 € a night for deposit which is not a reasonable amount to hold I have visited a lot of luxury hotels in Europe and the standard deposit for the night is always 100 € please consider reasonable amount of deposit for your guests

The location is unrivalled and the hotel feels chic but chilled. Our room was really spacious with nice touches including luxury brand toiletries. The breakfast offer was really expansive and delicious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like and we would definitely stay again. One thing which could be improved is information in the room, or on screen, about timings for breakfast and checkout.

the room was clean and set to a good temperature the staff were very accommodating to a late check out .

the lady who check us in was not over friendly and a bit matter of fact , the people next to us got a much better welcome and interaction with the reception, even though we had use the same booking platform. The curtains did let a lot light in , and we did have to chase something we'd ask for multiple times and took a long time to receive it.

Everything was perfect starting from location very nice and helpful stuff I would like to thank Mr.Fadi he was explaining for me everything in the hotel and help me when I explain for him my issue. a little bit pricey but it’s worth. definitely I’m gonna stay in my next visit to Munich. if I can send thanks letter for Mr. Fadi, I really would like to.

Always was perfect

Cost to value wise, maybe it’s the best I have ever seen. Huge thanks to the staff who helped in getting the best experience ever. Very friendly and supportive staff, they even helped me in food delivery and told me about the best apps (locally) to get goods and food during off times. Finally, let’s not forget that the city center (Marienplatz) is across street, 3 minutes walk.

Excellent staff and service, great suite, bed, matress, pillows, things that usually break a hotel stay, here they were all top class.

The fact that they charge 500/person/3-hour session for access to the pool and spa is a bit too much. Haven't experienced that before and it's over the top.

Exceptional reception with truly outstanding, well trained staff. Exciting hotel architecture with great views and quiet rooms in the center of Munich. The deluxe room was well designed, just large enough, with a free mini bar cabinet serving espresso. The Greta Oto Restaurant serves delicious and innovative food inspired by Latin American Cuisine. We loved this place!

We weren't expecting anything, other than a service and environment of a hotel that is at the comparable price range. And we were in for a surprise: a glass of delicious champagne at the arrival, pristine room with state of the art lightning and bathroom devices; the rooftop and people who work there - amazing!

This is a beautiful luxury hotel with a lot of thought put into design details to make your stay comfortable and excellent location on the edge of the Old Town for easy walking access.

Would have loved a pool with temperatures over 30•C but air conditioning made arrival into the hotel an oasis!
