The heritage house was magnificent. Large living room and kitchen area and a spacious bathroom and laundry made it really easy to use. The bedrooms were large with terrific beds and each had its own hanging space for clothes.

I can't see how they could improve, short of a reno of the wet areas, but they are certainly up to a good standard anyway. Parking out the front on the road was very convenient, but we were unaware until the second day that it was time limited to two hours during the day.

It was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. The water pressure in the shower was good. Location was excellent. Heating was good.

The lighting was a bit too dim. There was a toaster, microwave and kettle but no cleaning liquid or cutlery other than teaspoons. Someone took my carspace!

Motel in great location with friendly owner. Had to stay an extra night and the owner juggled the rooms to help us out.

Traffic noise but what could you expect in the middle of town. The benefits of the location far outweighed the bit of noise.

Location is the best Hotel room was well designed for families. Staff is very friendly and awesome lady.. We bothered her couple of times , accidentally locked the keys 🔑 inside. She came with a beautiful smile and gave an extra set of keys.

We love the place and people

Close to all amenities and shops - parking in rear of apartment. Next to Orient Hotel - very convenient for great food.

Beds could be a little softer and difficult to heat the bathroom which is at the back of the property

Perfect location great staff.

Parking was a little hard due to oversized 4x4s of other people. If normal sized cars it would have been fine. Not the hotels fault rather the privileged travelling public.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were never disappointed. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Great location, just a stones throw from dining and shopping options. The room was cosy, comfy beds, hot shower and even electric blankets. Great for us Queenslanders!

Location, cleanliness and ease of check in

Property is a little dated, the room was a bit dark but it would not stop me from staying there again.

A lovely, homely little hotel right in the heart of the town. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping were respectful, facilities were great. It is not a 5 star fancy hotel but what I loved is that it has comforts of home and just feels warm and cozy. The staff were welcoming & smiley & the entire experience was just brilliant.

The only thing i didnt like was that there was a shower curtain. But the shower itself was great, as were the toiletries provided & the towels were so soft!
