The location was very nice. I had a big window with a view on the river and up to the Bastille fort. It was an easy 10 or so minute to walk downtown, and only a 5-minute walk to the train station.

The internet, or lack thereof!! I really enjoy Ibis hotels, but now that their Accor leadership has forced them to have “free” Wi-Fi, I may have to find another chain of hotels to stay in. Wi-Fi should have nothing to do with trying to sell me on future trips, and being able to sell my information to other companies, for that is what Accor is doing! I do not feel safe using such an internet hookup. I certainly wouldn’t give my credit card number out on such a poor link! It is not safe! And even joining this Wi-Fi was hard enough that, though it said I had joined, I was never allowed online. So, charge more for the room if you must, but give customers “real” internet!

The location was close to the railway station and was very convenient. Many nice restaurants near by. The room was large and quiet. The bathroom and shower were very clean. Good value for money.

It was not possible to open the window ( room 311) , the handle seemed broken. The air conditioning was old and noisy, we had to turn it off.

One thing that I loved about this place is that it's open 24 hours, so I got to arrive late in the evening without having to worry about anything. The location is so excellent if you're arriving by train, with the station less than 10 minutes away, and the river right in front. In terms of the room and bathroom, the size was awesome and dog-friendly.

The breakfast was pretty good but a little pricey. I also wished there were an electric kettle + coffee mugs in the bedroom to boil water.

Incredibily satisfying experience. Cosy, open, not expensive, with available great tea through the night, perfect location with a great view on the mountains.

The windows were a bit broken, without being able to close them up tight, the sound and cold isolation wasn't top

Room was ok and breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and Hotel car park was ideal.

Air conditioning was very poor. Shower doors a bit iffy to close to stop water leaking out. Not may plug sockets about and varied in type. No kettle in room as advertised.

The staff, especially one lady working mostly during Check-In times, was extraordinary friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome! The room was very clean, there is a water dispenser in the lobby and it’s only a short walk to the city center.

The shower was a bit mouldy and the shower door didn’t close properly

Great hotel. My room, on the river facing-side of the building, had a great window view; and there was a large desk by the window, so a little bit of working with laptop I had to do was both super-comfy and pleasand with that view. Arriving to the hotel with car was easy, and they have a nice parking in the yard. Looking at the map, I believe the train station is also very near, and the city center is walking distance away. Breakfast was fine.

Their WiFi Internet didn't work for me. Though, after failing to connect I just used my mobile connection, and never asked the stuff about it, so probably it was just my problem, or could be otherwise resolved.

Great location --- only a few minutes walk from the railway station and close to the river and the old town. Very nice view on the river side of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was some mildew in the shower and mildew under the rim of the toilet. The initial supply of toilet paper was a bit limited, though it was replenished after the first evening.

right across from the small train station, and yet very quiet. nice bistro downstairs.

it was fine. they had hot water available downstairs for tea if wanted. a kettle in the room might be nice.

Hotel was very central to the town, train station, pubs, restaurants and Fort de Bastille

There are no tea coffee making facilities in the room which was dissapointing
