I liked the staff, the mattress, and the shampoo and conditioner.

The AC was out in the gym, so it was unusable (it felt like it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in there). I also wish there were more gluten free items at breakfast. There was yogurt one morning, but it was heavily sugared / flavored. It would be nice to just have a plain yogurt option. One morning there were hardboiled eggs, but they didn't seem to be offered every day. I ended up having an orange one morning and a banana the next without anything else. The location is fine, but there are lot of homeless people within a very short distance. I am used to seeing homeless, but it felt a bit more dangerous/desperate here. Near the McDonalds, I saw someone abusing illegal drugs in broad daylight. Nearby Mesilla seemed quite a bit cleaner and safer than this area of Las Cruces.

The facility in general was very pleasant. The rooms are exceptional; very clean, area to work in, bathrooms have some toiletries, the view on the 4th floor was nice as well. Very comfortable beds.

Parking space, I had to park at the hotel next door. At check in @ 10pm the gentleman had me prepay for my room, instead of doing a temporary hold on my bank card. At checkout nobody was at the front desk, even after ringing the bell on the counter I still waited awhile. When I gave the clerk my name and room number, she couldn't retrieve my receipt. She stated I had checked out at 9:18am, which I hadn't. During the meantime, she started to ask me some personal questions like who stayed with me? There was someone sitting in the lobby listening, so I told her those questions were a bit personal.

I didn't eat the breakfast because I left really early in the morning. Free Parking & close to the entrance is always a plus. The location was great because it was close to restaurants, shopping & freeway. Beds are comfortable & rooms are clean.

Lighting in hotel rooms is usually too dark because they only have 2 small lights by the bed. But our room also had a desk lamp, so that was a bonus, but it didn't work. One of the very few electrical outlets in the table between the beds, didn't work, so charging 2 phones & a laptop was a little difficult. We had a large room with 2 Queen beds & you would think that there would be at least 2 chairs. There isn't in most hotels. So one of us had to sit on the bed to watch tv, play video games & eat. Gets real tiring sitting on the bed with no support.

Location is good, easy access from freeway , A/c is good, bed is comfortable, staff are friendly.

We have stayed here many times but this time, we were nervous about our car because there were a lot of non hotel guests just wandering around… never a comforting feeling.

SO clean, well appointed, great pool (though the hot tub was out of order), good quality fixtures and structure, very comfortable, love the soaps/lotions/shampoo/conditioner - large, refillable pumps rather than those little ones - so much better for the planet. The breakfast looked better than most included hotel breakfasts, too.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of prepared foods to choose from. It's just fulfilling. The dinette room is very clean. All the rooms are very neat and clean and the servers and counter clerks are always smiling.

None. The place is just plain excellent and easy to find. The main interstate highway is just close by. The booking for reservation is easy; the cost to stay is worthed. I will come back again.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast downstairs was wonderful with variety for everyone to choose.

We didn't like that it was only for one night & had to head back home after my daughter's NMSU orientation.

Friendly staff, great communicators and really impressed with the size of our room and cleanliness of the hotel! Great bed!! A/C worked well!! Great price too!

Funky smell in the hallways… but that was really the only not so great thing.

Breakfast was good good / friendly service from the breakfast bar associate. Extremely satisfied with the check in clerk. Our booking thru another provider was a problem concerning credit cards for our stay. He made a great effort to fix this problem. We really liked his professional people attitude and concern due to this problem. All went well. My thanks to the staff and management for a job well done. Will book again in the future.

Clean

Coffee at breakfast not up to usual standards and hot water was not even warm in evening urn. Comforter did not stay up on bed but slipped out of cover every night. When will hotel service resume cleaning room, even just emptying trash and straighten bed.
