I think the hotel is new: so the furniture and facilities are in a good shape. the location is relatively good. the staff was friendly.

there were workers at some floor with a drill, that made high noise at midnight, i had to call twice to make them stop. no breakfast nor room dine in options. WiFi is medium to poor. the hotel temperature was too cold even when u shut the A/C off. the sound proof have a weak point at the curtain-wall facade isolation between the rooms. too much furniture for the suit size. the rain shower is placed opposite to the glass partition, so water spread to the W/C. one of the towels had stains.

The hotel was very clean and the furnishings were brand new. We felt comfortable and would have extended our stay if possible. The staff were welcoming and polite. There are lots of shops nearby; a grocery store opposite and many restaurants within walking distance. There was a variety of pillows and the beds were large and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

At the time, they never had their hotel sign up so we found it difficult to find. The location in the description is correct. They said they were in the process of having a new sign installed.

The rooms were very modern. We had the 2 bedroom suite and a studio. Both were incredibly spacious and look great. The beds were really comfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff were lovely. They had a great laundry service. Honestly, one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and for the price, it exceeded expectations. Definitely a hidden gem in Jeddah

I travelled with my friend due to the Saudi GP and i was completely satisfied. The room was huge thus we (4 people) did not step on each others toes. Bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was always able to help us. Eg when we asked for towels and pillows.

Nice property. Neat and clean. Great location, just 5 minutes by taxi to Jeddah corniche and walking distance from Shatie Market. The property is not maintained properly. A lot of wear and tear and stains in the bathroom. Plus we found ants in our room. Good value for money though

The property is really nice and not far from the airport. The area is pretty quiet and loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very clean.

The only small issue is that they do not provide breakfast.
