I really enjoyed my stay, staff were very helpful, location was excellent and our stay was extremely pleasant. We would visit again for sure👏🏻

The breakfast could be improved to add more options for vegetarian

Very comfortable, nice ambience and very convenient to travel to the different sites. The metro ex Nervion to Jerez was 3 stops and you are in the old town or 4 stops to be by the river. A tram also goes to the city. The walk to part of the town was only 20 minutes and also brought us close to some restaurants so it was not necessary also to go to the old town to eat. There is a shopping mall close by with some cafes also. Nice smell on entering the hotel and the decor was very pleasing.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but recommended the one next to it. We tried twice to eat there but were not treated very well. We tried to book a table but they said just turn up - they gave us almost the worst table and then a drunk guy wandered in and sat where ever he pleased. We saw this happen with other people also - in any case we were given menus and ignored while others were served who came in after us. We were not even offered a drink to start with and after 25 minutes we handed back the menus and left - they didn't care in any case. We reported it to the concierge in the hotel as we needed to find somewhere else close to eat that evening.

We all the modern spanish vibe on the whole hotel. From the wallpapers, to the tiles and all the colour blocking theme. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The room, is very comfortable and spacious. Nicely cleaned the next day with clean towels.

Its almost perfect. Just 2 points for me that needs attention. The lamp on the concer side, where the extra bed/sofabed was located has no light. The outlet for the lamp is not working. So it was a very dark corner for my daughter to read. And second, the pool. Even we live the pool, we are one of the first one in the morning. And we always see at lot of balls of hair flowing on the bottom of the floor.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week at Easter and we will be booking next Easter in the same hotel as soon as we get back home. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, from the reception staff to the bar and the lovely housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless. Pepi in particular needs a special mention, as our room was beautifully cleaned every day for the duration of our visit. We found the location of the hotel to be perfect as it was only a short walk into town which we enjoyed every morning before exploring the beautiful city. Tip: Book a room with a balcony as we did. It was so peaceful to sit there in the morning having a cup of tea and in the evening with a glass of wine relaxing after a busy day

Hotel had everything you could want. Except for a kettle! Pool was a little small but did the trick nicely. Bar prices cheap, staff were lovely and welcoming. Decent spot with good connections and a supermarket just opposite. The mini fridge was very welcome and thanks for the water bottles too. It was 43° outside and I can definitely say the aircon throughout the hotel was excellent!

No kettle. I hadn’t booked breakfast so had to wait until bar opened at midday for coffee. I realised there’s a cafe next door which did a great cappuccino though. I think the hotel ought to reconsider on either having a kettle or having coffee to buy in the hotel in the morning. I would definitely return though and highly recommend this place.

Awesome place, great location, 15 minutes from the city centre, but the room itself is really quiet. The area is also great, with shops and food options nearby. The pool was excellent to have in the heat of July. I also recommend the restaurant there (Barbarita), we had dinner there 2 times, everything was delicious. Bed really comfy, everything is very clean. Staff was super nice. Fridge and WiFi was also top. Very smooth and relaxing stay for 4 nights, I would visit again.

The room cold use a few extra places to hang things, and sometimes the morning cleaning was a bit noisy. But these are just small things, didn't bother us at all.

Like: the room was spacious, cleaned on a daily basis, has a nice window and a nice common area with a huge screen suited to watch football games. The room has a small fridge. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the center and right next to the metro station. It is facing a carrefour and is 9 minutes away from corte ingles (shopping mall). It is also few minutes away from a nail salon. So in short, excellent location. Dislike: the room was hot and the ac was a bit noisy and not in very good shape. There also was no kettle in the room and no coffee but I was aware of that before booking. Despite that, we had an excellent time and we would stay again in this hotel if we go back to Seville.

Very pretty and comfortable foyer. Bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

I had to pay for an ironing service as they don’t provide irons to rooms. Also they don’t have a concierge, which wasn’t a big problem, but may have been useful.

Location, recent refurbishment and staff all excellent. They kindly met my request for a quieter high room and gave me a free upgrade which was much appreciated - thank you. Coffee machine great addition. Pool area is a plus - basic but appreciated in the heat. Location 5 mins to direct airport bus for €5 and 20 mins journey and walkable (15 mins) to centre

The bar prices are high, even when compared to other similar hotels in area - explains why always empty. Lower them and attract more guests? The hotel description is inaccurate. It implies gym facilities are free - they are not. I was offered gym use at adjoining separately owned spa for €15 every day - very disappointing. Please make clearer. Cleaning was sometimes good, sometimes not so good - fridge not checked, some towels not replaced.....but I just asked. No big deal. Very clean. Finally the breakfast cost is very high €25....I won't pay that (and can't eat that value!). The area has great breakfasts at independent cafes for €5-10

The use of the indoor pools would have been nice without the extra cost.
