I loved how friendly and understanding the staff were. The booking.com allowed me to book an arriving time between 9am and 10am but unfortunately the hotel only allowed check ins at 2. Gratefully the staff were amazing and arranged a room for me and my partner at 1 and we were so happy cause we drove such a long way to get there as our first time going to a hotel, Unfortunately we didn't get to experience a full night due to family emergencys, but the staff were very understanding. I highly recommend the Nightcap empire hotel, its quiet calm, very friendly faces and the bed was so comfortable we could have slept on clouds and not tell the difference. We hope to book again in the future as it was a lovely time even if it wasn't a full night it was still delightful. Highly recommend 😁

When I had to go out doors were locked to the reception area and I had to call direct line for them to open the door to the front unfortunately I was told by the Indian guy that I can't go through. I explained to the staff that my transport was at the front and Ge still told me that I can't go through I have to go through the back-door and I had to walk my suitcase around. That was just the disappointment part

I liked that it was near a few shops that I could walk to, and that the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a few very heavy bags and they helped out with those, which was so lovely. They were very punctual and kind.

Having to drag everything up the stairs was a bit of a challenge, but absolutely nobody can fix that, so it's okay. I didn't mind too much.

Very comfortable especially the bed. Everything worked. Very thoughtful room design like simple to understand switches for all lights nest to the bed, USB A and C sockets just above the bedside table. I’ve stayed in Joel’s of all classes all over the world and one great failing is that most rooms are not user friendly. Full marks to Nightcap and Empire hotel.

Beautifully renovated rooms. Modern, comfortable and quiet. Staff were amazing. Great value for money. Couldn’t fault it. Location for us was perfect. Will definately be back.

The walk from the front of the motel around to the carpark early in the morning (before 9am) as the internal doors were locked was annoying, especially when we had to lug all our sports equipment with us.

we were a late night check in after a late flight into Adelaide. So the attraction for us was the late reception and relative proximity to the airport. We found the reception very good and informative. Plenty of parking and easy to access after normal hours.

Nothing - we only had a brief stay.

Thought it would be your average friendly pub-hotel (which it was at first sight!) but the rooms were above and beyond what I expected. Very well presented and clean and I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in months. Staff were all great too.

Price, facilities, location, cleanliness, easy access, after hours are past 3am, bar, room service.

Shower, the water splashed everywhere and got lots of towels drenched. But room service came around everyday to replace towels.

The bed was amazing! The staff so friendly and welcoming. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

The location felt a bit dodgy but other than that fine. It was a little pricey for the room though.
