Part of a small estate in the smart piece Of north Adelaide. Lovely cottage, off the road, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The free bus loop stop is at the gate and gives access to all of Adelaide. All in all perfect.

It is very quaint-a little piece of South Australian history. But also very comfortable and everything you could need. Though a coffee pod machine would be a good addition.

Only Bodom coffee but most people go along to the coffee shop in the morning anyway

Lovely old property in a great location. Comfortable furniture and all the necessary cooking implements and appliances required.

Only one bathroom, although this wasn’t necessarily a major issue and the property being an heritage home, it is understandable why there is only the one bathroom.

Loved the garden area, and the unique rooms with antiques and notes explaining the history. Definitely a one-of-a-kind place to stay in a very lovely area in Adelaide, which was convenient, but very quiet and peaceful.

One bathroom for three bedrooms is a bit tough, but we knew that so wasn't an issue to complain about. Some updating of technology would be good, like USB charging ports near the beds, for example.

The location was very well central to cafes and pubs. The cottage was very cute with plenty of cooling options for the hot day which were easy to use.

The bed springs are well and truly dead and the frame is rickety. Everything else about the bed is lovely though. Wifi is terrible! that can be fixed with pre-downloaded stuff though. No need for heavy internet access in such a lovely area and cottage anyway :)

unbelievably beautiful Victorian house, our rooms were sumptuous, perfectly designed to look Victorian, with a separate bedroom for the kids. Highly reccomended!

the shower head had an interesting pattern, not too user friendly, and the shower door came off the rollers easily

Absolutely gorgeous house and furnishings. The yards were lovely and we enjoyed spending the morning and evening curled up on the large and comfortable outdoor chairs with a cup of coffee and a book. Very warm heaters in the living area and bedrooms, very comfortable beds and pillows and the bath was divine. Very limited, tight parking on the property but over the weekend we had no issues finding on street parking. 10 minute walk to O'Connell's Street and the famous bakery and Very convenient bus stop to access the city.

It might get uncomfortable for people staying in the second bedroom on the hotter days as only the main bedroom has air conditioning
