We had an apartment and it was in the centre of town, the location could not of been any better! Our apartment had all the normal amenities kitchenette etc but we never used it. We were given the option to have breakfast delivered to our apartment daily but we opted to walk back to the hotel site which was only a 5 min walk each morning. Breakfast was fantastic, they would cook you bacon & eggs (any style) fresh every morning.

The only negative was that there was no aircon in the room and we had to ask for an extra fan as it was very very hot. The hotel were able to supply us with an extra one.

Easy to get too . Rooms lovely and clean and all staff lovely and attentive

When booking on booking.com I booked two separate apartments and one was for my elderly father then it realised that both apartments in separate locations so managed to get booking.com to contact hotel and thankfully changed back to two hotel rooms as need my father near me . But I was still charged the full price of two apartments and the hotel’s rooms where cheaper and hotel didn’t refund or offer to help . Disappointing

Lovely staff. Good sized room. Quiet, great location.

We were there three days and our room was never serviced until really late in the day eg at 4pm we had to request it. Bathroom is very small and mirrors so high that you could not see into them if you’re not a tall person. Breakfast pretty average - eg milk not kept at room temperature, very tiny self service area that gets so congested with people you can’t get in there, poor coffee

The decor of the hotel was exceptional with different themes. The bed was comfortable, the shower good and facilities for tea and coffee making useful. It was good to have a comfortable lounge downstairs where we could sit and read in the evening. The breakfast and staff were excellent and there were several good restaurants within short walking distance. The city has a lot to offer both ancient and modern. The buses and trams offer a regular service which is free at the weekend.

The room was a bit cramped but we had chosen a 'cosy' room and we managed. The availability of lounge on ground floor was a big asset.

Arrived early so we ended up having a look around the city but they had no problems holding our luggage till check in. Arrived back at 2pm for check In room was very clean and cosy perfect for a romantic getaway. Shower and bathroom very clean and well laid out. Coffee machine in the room although we didn't end up using it and the TV only has french channels. Not an issue for us as we didn't spend much time there. The reception area was lovely you could bring a bottle of wine back and have a wind down there. Overall absolutely lovely hotel very close to everything! And Nantes city was absolutely brilliant

Nothing at all

Being in the CBD of Nantes was the best with many restaurants nearby to choose from. It was just a walk to everywhere and everything. There was plenty of public parking nearby including for my van which I prefer to park in the open. The rooms are small but quirky and many amenities are provided. The bathroom spacious and modern. Really friendly staff and a great breakfast. Love the kitchen being part of the breakfast space.

The staff were all so friendly. Great central location close to everything restaurants shops and local attractions. Breakfast had a nice selection.Bed was really comfortable.

Room was decorated very nicely but there was possibly a few too many ornaments which caused a little clutter and limited space. Eg we had a large brass peacock ornament under the clothes rail that kept falling over when we moved our clothes on rail.

The staff were amazing and so helpful the rooms were funky and well laid out . The hotel is perfectly situated on the right side of the river do making it easy to explore. You can explore easily on foot and the tram stop is across the road - would definitely recommend!

Could have done with a bit more hanging space but was fine for the 2 nights.

Stylish interior in Maisons du Monde style. Centrally located.

Breakfast is supposed to have a "family kitchen" atmosphere. You eat in the lobby area seated at small tables. The staff is supposed to prepare eggs/bacon live in the open kitchen. However, there was no menu presented what is available and staff was not very attentive. The selection offered at the breakfast was rather small.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of tourist attractions and situated close to many restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with a place to refill your water bottle. Room had nice decor, was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Beds a bit soft for my likely but that’s just personal preference. Still slept well.
