The room was amazing and the facilities are lovely. Clean and modern and lots of space for working and meeting. The pool area is lovely too and convenience having a cafe in the building.

The check in staff were unfriendly and indifferent. I had to wait until 4pm to check in even though I arrived in the morning. They didn't offer use of the pool or provide water or make any effort to have a room available early or even on time. They pointed to where the breakfast was served but didn't give instructions about what was allowed. No friendly greetings when I arrived or left. a little customer service goes a long way.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with great location. The room is comfortable and the stuff is friendly and helpful

Our booking included breakfast, but upon our first morning nobody informed us that there are only a few options on the menu that actually is covered by our stay and we got charged for our breakfast even though extra money was paid during our booking to ensure that breakfast as included. Second problem was during check out, there was a confusion done by the reception and in the end I got charged wrongly 179USD + 351USD, the transaction was cancelled but their mistake created an inconvenient as the money takes weeks to be returned into the account.

I loved the terrace and the natural light. The place offers plenty of storage, but at times there were too many doors positioned in a way that they collided or obstructed movement. It seems to be a result of the architectural layout and use of space

I had an issue one night with noisy neighbors playing music and speaking loudly on a nearby terrace. I went downstairs twice to ask for assistance, but the reception staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to get involved. I ended up approaching the neighbors myself and, fortunately, they were polite and immediately lowered the volume after I asked. I was lucky they were reasonable, but it was disappointing to see how unresponsive and evasive the reception was in handling the situation.

This is a great place and we would absolutely stay there again. We had a balcony and the room was a good size with living space. The room was cleaned daily and we had breakfast included. The breakfast is taken at the cafe/restaurant at the ground floor and it was great, we couldn't fault it at all. The food was really nice and perfect start to the day. The location was good too, we really couldn't find many faults.

Our only complaint was that the cleaner threw away some items that were not intended for the trash which was quite annoying, we were lucky enough to spot them in a recycling pile and got them back. This is not a moan or complaint at all but in the restaurant, there were few very people who speak English, we got by with my limited amount and through apps. Equally, some tours do not pick up from this location, but Uber is everywhere and safe, so we just used one of those.

The atmosphere in The Place is amazing. Our apartment was modern and spacious, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view. There's a restaurant with various and delicious food as well as a nice lobby with electric sockets and everything else needed for a productive working day. There's also a roof top bar with a small pool. The view from there is also amazing. We had chosen a package with a breakfast included in the price and it was really good - you can chose from a few menu types like American, continental, etc. The portions were good and the food - tasty. We also had a coffee machine with capsules provided. There's a parking free of charge.

Very beautiful neighborhood and great place to work from. There is a restaurant downstairs or easy access to a main road for pharmacy convenience store, etc.

To get a towel for the pool you have to ask the front desk to send someone to the pool. So then you have to wait by the pool for them to come up. Gym could use some TLC/new equipment too. Small things, and maybe by the time this is posted they're fix it! Loved the Place still.

Great location in that you get a peaceful area to stay in outside the city centre, we felt safe in the neighbourhood and there was a lot around, really comfortable and stylish room, felt right at home. We also loved the view from the rooftop pool.

The customer service is pretty average and could be worked on - no one asked us how our stay was and we weren’t given very helpful instructions on laundry facilities or local recommendations until we asked The kitchen was pretty poorly stocked and there was only the minimum when it came to crockery and utensils which isn’t practical

The staff were really friendly and checkin was easy (payment was sorted before we arrived which was a lot easier than some places on our trip where only cash was accepted). The studio flat was exactly as shown in the photos and was a great space. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, and there were lots of shops and restaurants around. Since we booked on booking.com we got 2 coffee pods and bottles of water each day and we could choose if we wanted the cleaners to come by putting the hanging sign on our door. There's a lovely restaurant downstairs, where we had a lovely dinner. The pool was lovely, really quiet and there were gorgeous views over the city.

I couldn't find oven gloves or chopping board in the kitchen, but we didn't ask at reception since it wasn't an issue for us!

The Place was perfect, the suite felt more like a luxurious studio apartment, the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. It even had a Nespresso machine with pods. There were tons of places in the common areas to sit and relax or read a book. The breakfast was wayyyyyy better than expected. The attached restaurant is very nice and quite busy most of the time. Overall it was a very nice hotel and exceeded my expectations.

if I had to say one thing it would be the building next door that has zero affiliation with The Place had very noisy residents and one night they partied loudly until 4am.

Just what I needed after having to make an unexpected stop over in Santiago after a stressful day. Reasonable price, secure parking underground, check in that is available until 11pm, lovely apartment with balcony, great restaurant with high quality food at a really reasonable price and a rooftop pool. There is a small shop just a 30 see second walk away to get supplies and a decently equipped kitchen including oven and freezer. I ended up extending my stay to 2 days to chill here. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The only thing that I wasn't able to get was much of an extended check out as I was waiting to meet somebody at 8pm - only an extra hour was possible. In the end I decided to extend my stay a day though as I was so pleased with the hotel.
