Immaculate property, delicious breakfast and the restaurant is a must, right on the beach with lovely views. The staff are helpful and friendly and the beds are so comfortable. Showers excellent and very high standard of cleaning. So glad I managed to book it. I loved how relaxed and civilised it was. There were no toaster queues or mayhem at reception like you can get in August at larger hotels!

We had a standard room, all the superiors were booked up so no balcony for drying beach gear and it was on the small and noisy side but all the same comfortable and worth the price

It was comfortable clean understated and relatively quiet with fantastic views. Small but nice resort.

Staff could have been a little more cheerful. It was quite far from Ibiza town and the south of the island so taxis were reluctant to take us back. We mainly travelled by bus

Nice room with perfect view over the cala. That's a real great view (better than expected). High quality hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room, neat and clean. Looks quite recent (compared to other older hotels around). Good breakfast (included). Easy parking nearby (public street). Really nice location, just in front of the beach. Good noise isolation (rare). My best night in Ibiza.

One thing: wifi. It kept dropping frequently. I think they need to check it because for the high price it's quite mandatory to have a good internet connection.

Amazing location! The hotel is right infront of one of the most beautiful beach full of fishes and the view from the balcony is amazing. Room was large and comfortable. The cleaning was done everyday perfectly. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice as well, we had a delicious dinner. Breakfast is nice at the terrace with see view and the stuff is very friendly. Portinaxt is the more quite town of Ibiza with amazing beaches. I would definitely like to come back!

Cool & comfortable.

I had room 111 with windows above the bar-restaurant. No balcony. It was noisy at night up to midnight & then the bins etc. were cleaned early in the morning. Aside from these times it was lovely & quiet. This was the last room they had available as it was a last minute booking. I would 100% stay here again, but request a quiet room.

Amazing location. The rooms overlooked Portinatx bay with a little terrace each. The sea is really calm so the kids could splash around in the water safely. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby like Rebrots and Los Enamorados.

The pool is on the small side but the kids loved it. It's a splash pool rather than a swimming one but the beach is just metres away.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The view was incomparable and the staff was friendly and happy The food at NUI was incredible and the sunset was spectacular. I can’t wait to return

Our balcony was above a kind of vent which seemed to expel hot air. It was expensive to stay, but it was peak season so it’s to be expected.

A superb family run hotel. Comfortable, elegant, excellent food and service. On the beach. We first visited it 50 years ago on honeymoon and what a transformation (to it and us) since then. Loved it.
