Cons: Lighting in rooms waaaaaay too dark. Kinda depressing at times. No bench space in the bathroom area (we got the 2XL room which was big but badly laid out. No need for a bath in middle of lounge. Make the bathroom space more useful instead) Not enough wardrobe space for hanging or suitcases No exhaust in toilet 😬 Bedside tables strange bucket type which barely held anything I really loved so much of this hotel but I feel like it was designed by a man 🫢 If the owners want advice on how to make it so much more functional, pm me ;) If I stayed here again I’d choose a smaller better laid out room (research which have better bench space and storage )with natural light and a balcony (we saw a few had them)

We loved the breakfast! Probably one of the best breakfast we have had in so many years visiting places around the world. The quality and variety of the fruit is absolutely top notch!

1. It is hard to believe that being in the heart of the coffee production area of Colombia, the Click Clack offers JUST ONE capsule of coffee for consumption in the room... plus they do not offer decaf coffee/low caffeine coffee, infussions or tea, which is pretty standard all over. 2. Perhaps the hotel could be a bit more flexible in the menu options for the breakfast. We wanted to take the sausage off a dish and replace it with avocado. The answer was that this would suppose an extra ingredient and it would be billed as such. 3. The AC in the rooms is programmed for cold only. However, one night it was chilly and we wanted to warm the room up but it was simply impossible.

The Click Clack is a stunningly beautiful hotel, strategically located in the middle of the busiest places in Medellin. Its decoration is incredible, mixing a modern industrial type style with nature, plants, and other very tasteful details. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by super friendly, attentive staff that is clearly proud to be a part of it. The rooms are very beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is amazingly good, offering a variety of delicious plates plus buffet, hot and cold drinks. The restaurants in the hotel are also incredible, offering delicious food and cocktails. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying again when back in Medellin. If you’re on the fence, don’t think about it anymore, and treat yourself to a stay. You won’t regret it at all

Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel Medellin were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and were always there to answer any questions that we had. They even held our bags and let us use the pool for a few hours after our check out time as our flight wasn't until the evening. They spoke english, and spanish and were always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast (which is included) was so great! They had a continental breakfast as well as an entire menu of fancier meals that you could order (also included!). We had an amazing time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Colombia.

We had a feeling that Click Clack would be a great spot, based on the recommendation that my friend found; we had an even better feeling when we checked it out on booking.com (which I love, btw), it proceeded to get even better when we messaged the property ahead of our stay, and then we arrived and oh my goodness... Even our highest possible expectations were completely blown away. This place is SO cool, the location is SO incredible, the rooms are SO great, the style is amazing, the food is great, the cocktails are awesome, the rooftop bar is fantastic, I could genuinely go on, and on, and on. What sets the place above just about anywhere else I've ever stayed, though, is the staff. Some of the warmest, kindest, most sincerely helpful hospitality staff I've ever encountered. David, Melissa, Edward, Alejandro, Isabela, Juan, Boso, Daniel (and begging the forgiveness of anyone I've forgotten!), muchísimas gracias por toda su hospitalidad increíble; muy agradecidos por siempre. ¡Hasta la próxima!

The *ONLY* thing that could possibly make it better would be gym facilities :)

The hotel is super stylish and there is several restaurants with incredibly well prepared and tasty food. We had a medium room which was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the beds come with 3 different pillows (soft, medium, hard) as default - and there is even a pillow menu Incase you want other pillows! The minibar is also free, which was great as we got to try all the snacks! The breakfast was both buffet and a la carte, found myself excited waking up to catch the breakfast every morning. The staff was super attentive and kind. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more - certainly our go to for Medellín visits now!

That we couldn’t stay any longer! Next time we will certainly be staying more than 3 days to get the most out of everything the hotel has to offer!

Click Clack has been an incredible experience! When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy because of other guests checking out. Daniel and Jesus from reception were always looking if we needed anything during our stay and they are really really friendly and always looking to get what we needed. Rooms are well equipped and size is just fine! The overall design of the hotel is another great experience as you can totally forget your daily routine while being here and just relax! Breakfast was great and we also loved the pool and La Deriva restaurant. Out of the hotels that we’ve stayed in Medellin, I can firmly say this is by far the best! You need to live the Click Clack experience.

The Hotel is spectacularly designed. It’s a tropical paradise, it almost like a temple that has been reclaimed by nature, however the concrete and iron has keep the space relevant and has made nature and allied and its unapologetic. The restaurants are great, the Greek restaurant it’s the best, I think it’s deserving a Michelin review. Overall it’s a hip, unique archeological treasure. My only complaint and I told them on the more than an occasion is that a gym MUST be added. I wan to thank socially to all the staff. They were all very kind.

NO GYM. It does not make any sense not to have one.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh exotic fruits, hot food coffee. Anything I asked for the staff provided and my stay felt like a very personalized experience. I enjoyed all parts of the hotel and it felt like a resort where I didn’t need to leave if I did not want to. Multiple restaurants with excellent food, rooftop, pool , plants everywhere. It’s a boutique hotel so everything is unique and quirky not a boring standard hotel

Rooms were small but I knew that coming , plus I planned to spend time mostly out the room.

Perfect location, a lot of trees and plants arround, fresh air, feeling like in a forest. Modern. A lot of customers complained about room design. But for me my room was perfect, modern and very comfortable. I could sleep with open balcony, no air con. was needed. In the morning I could listen to birds singing. Beds were extremely comfortable, as well as pillows, nice linens and towels. Breakfast was served from 6 am, what I found very convenient. Breakfast items were a little limited gor 5 star hotel but a very good quality and very delicious. Perfect bar on the upper floor, with delicious coctails. Tape water was perfect to drink. But the most important was the hotel staff. All I asked was provided after few minutes. I got slippers, bathrobe, a kettle and equipment for coffee in the room, umbrellas. Communication with the hotel staff via wats up was perfect. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay in Medellin.

Hangs for clothers should be not paper but wooden, Paper napkings should be provided in a room, breakfast staff should not hurry to take unfinished plates
