We loved the lobby!! The way the plants were incorporated into the design was excellent and so beautiful. I loved sitting down there. The pool was also really nice, the water temperature was perfect and the views from the pool were excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the drinks at the bar were excellent. If we ever find ourselves in Medellin, we will definitely stay here again. Lots of great food options nearby, and a laundry service in walking distance.

On some days, the hotel would play what can best be described as elevator music in the hallways starting at 8:00 am. Since the bed is on the same wall as the hallways, it would wake us up. Also, while our room was spacious (2XL), it didn't always feel like the space was used effectively. The area around the sink could use more space for toiletries. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was very good but if we wanted to make some changes to the menu, we were told we would be charged more. The rooms were excellent but we were surprised at some of the decorations. The facility in general is beautiful.

Late one afternoon, after a day of touring the city, we were very hungry and ordered a sandwich from the breakfast area. It took a very long time and was quite expensive. We were only given one keeper room, which is quite inconvenient. If for instance, only one of us wanted to use the gym. It was also only a single coffee pod and a single coffee cup in the room, and no water provided to the guests for free. These immunities are common in hotels and would have been a nice touch.

Cons: Lighting in rooms waaaaaay too dark. Kinda depressing at times. No bench space in the bathroom area (we got the 2XL room which was big but badly laid out. No need for a bath in middle of lounge. Make the bathroom space more useful instead) Not enough wardrobe space for hanging or suitcases No exhaust in toilet 😬 Bedside tables strange bucket type which barely held anything I really loved so much of this hotel but I feel like it was designed by a man 🫢 If the owners want advice on how to make it so much more functional, pm me ;) If I stayed here again I’d choose a smaller better laid out room (research which have better bench space and storage )with natural light and a balcony (we saw a few had them)

We loved the breakfast! Probably one of the best breakfast we have had in so many years visiting places around the world. The quality and variety of the fruit is absolutely top notch!

1. It is hard to believe that being in the heart of the coffee production area of Colombia, the Click Clack offers JUST ONE capsule of coffee for consumption in the room... plus they do not offer decaf coffee/low caffeine coffee, infussions or tea, which is pretty standard all over. 2. Perhaps the hotel could be a bit more flexible in the menu options for the breakfast. We wanted to take the sausage off a dish and replace it with avocado. The answer was that this would suppose an extra ingredient and it would be billed as such. 3. The AC in the rooms is programmed for cold only. However, one night it was chilly and we wanted to warm the room up but it was simply impossible.

I reserved a medium size room (the rooms have numbers and their respective size outside each door. ). This is better than the XS rooms that are offered. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very good. My room was a long walk from the elevator though.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as my first visit. The table didn’t have any salt, sugar etc for the coffee. The staff definitely prefer not to speak English… that’s partially on me because my Spanish is horrible but after struggling to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee, I came to realize my waitress actually DID speak English. Maybe she just wanted to watch me struggle. The food was all lukewarm. It is well decorated though.

The Click Clack is a stunningly beautiful hotel, strategically located in the middle of the busiest places in Medellin. Its decoration is incredible, mixing a modern industrial type style with nature, plants, and other very tasteful details. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by super friendly, attentive staff that is clearly proud to be a part of it. The rooms are very beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is amazingly good, offering a variety of delicious plates plus buffet, hot and cold drinks. The restaurants in the hotel are also incredible, offering delicious food and cocktails. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying again when back in Medellin. If you’re on the fence, don’t think about it anymore, and treat yourself to a stay. You won’t regret it at all

The hotel is absolutely superb, the facilities, the backyard, all stunning. This is the type of designer boutique hotel where everything is so cool, so artsy, very hype, with a lot of attention to details. The garden and backyard are divine, we really enjoyed having our breakfast there in the morning.

We had a standard room and can say it was really uncomfortable. Very tiny, the bed wasn't that big, plus the "bathroom" was really inconvenient. No fault to the hotel, but make sure you book a bigger room if you want comfort.

Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel Medellin were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and were always there to answer any questions that we had. They even held our bags and let us use the pool for a few hours after our check out time as our flight wasn't until the evening. They spoke english, and spanish and were always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast (which is included) was so great! They had a continental breakfast as well as an entire menu of fancier meals that you could order (also included!). We had an amazing time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Colombia.

We had a feeling that Click Clack would be a great spot, based on the recommendation that my friend found; we had an even better feeling when we checked it out on booking.com (which I love, btw), it proceeded to get even better when we messaged the property ahead of our stay, and then we arrived and oh my goodness... Even our highest possible expectations were completely blown away. This place is SO cool, the location is SO incredible, the rooms are SO great, the style is amazing, the food is great, the cocktails are awesome, the rooftop bar is fantastic, I could genuinely go on, and on, and on. What sets the place above just about anywhere else I've ever stayed, though, is the staff. Some of the warmest, kindest, most sincerely helpful hospitality staff I've ever encountered. David, Melissa, Edward, Alejandro, Isabela, Juan, Boso, Daniel (and begging the forgiveness of anyone I've forgotten!), muchísimas gracias por toda su hospitalidad increíble; muy agradecidos por siempre. ¡Hasta la próxima!

The *ONLY* thing that could possibly make it better would be gym facilities :)

The hotel is super stylish and there is several restaurants with incredibly well prepared and tasty food. We had a medium room which was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the beds come with 3 different pillows (soft, medium, hard) as default - and there is even a pillow menu Incase you want other pillows! The minibar is also free, which was great as we got to try all the snacks! The breakfast was both buffet and a la carte, found myself excited waking up to catch the breakfast every morning. The staff was super attentive and kind. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more - certainly our go to for Medellín visits now!

That we couldn’t stay any longer! Next time we will certainly be staying more than 3 days to get the most out of everything the hotel has to offer!
