The mattress was very comfortable. Room was nearly soundproof to hallway & next door noises. Rarely heard anything going on outside of the room. Pleasant surprise. Nice that there is a lounge on site with a happy hour. Wasn't much used during the week. Smart TV that you can sign in to your own streaming services (Netflix, etc.) However, TV is in an awkward location. Hot water for sink & shower nearly instantaneous. Fantastic!

While barn-style sliding doors are popular, they are NOT a good choice for a bathroom door. There is not a complete seal (1-1 1/2" gap) when "closed" therefore everyone is subjected to the toilet bowl symphony occuring within. As well as the escape of offensive odors. Especially since the bathroom fan is very ineffective, can barely tell it is going. Also, would expect a porcelain seat not plastic. Bathroom tissue was also sub par. All this comes off as pennywise and pound foolish.

Property was great but the staff are incompetent. I called ahead as this stay was a gift for my son and his wife. I pre-arranged payment after they could not find my confirmation by the number I was issued. Filled out the paperwork for my card on file and they told them there was no card on file even with the confirmation they sent me that it was all taken care of.

Parking was offsite so we had to walk a block but it was free, so ok. Really nice new place. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

The food area was always clean, stocked and great selection in hot and cold foods, staff maintained area throughout the breakfast, always plenty of coffee!!! We also ate an evening meal at the bar area and Kathleen was our server/bartender she was friendly, professional and made the experience a 10 out of 10.

Hotel rooms are well designed and spacious making for a comfortable stay. We loved the layout which basically covers your every need for work, relaxing and comfortable sleeping. Breakfast selections were also very good. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice and beautiful room, very nice gym, everything is new and clean. Comfortable bed too!

The heavy use of plastic and styrofoam and breakfast. This hotel should use normal silverware and plates and do the environment a favor. And for $300 a night no one should eat with plastic.

Most helpful and friendly people at check-in desk. Did not need 2nd room and they were so very gracious in understanding our circumstances- I was so appreciative. Very nice selection for breakfast. Clean buffet area and all food well supplied.

2 floor room facing street was a little noisy with street traffic but not a real issue.

Was going to a concert at the Amway Center this was reasonably priced and so easy to Uber to the venue! Spotless, HUGE room my ONLY issue was the lack of hot water. Shower was freezing, no hot water.

I liked that the lobby was airy and there were comfortable spots to have breakfast and linger. The beds were very comfortable. I was given a quiet room at the end of the hall with easy access to exits. I liked the spacious desk - sofa/trundle bed area with ample light.
